Code cleanup + damage overlays.
...
Fixed repetitive calls of fire_act code that would leave plasma windows as useful as regular windows in a fire.
Fixed several paths, including one that was present on all the maps (nice move, dylan).
Added cracked overlays for windows depending on how much damage they've taken

Fixes #3596 and #3605
...
- Issue #3596 was caused by the way the afterattack proc returns (this
is the proc that handles putting shit on tables). The drink code never
considered that we could be dealing with something that is "a closed
container" simply because it's not even chemistry-related at all
- Issue #3605 was caused by an oversight in the visible_message

Make Give verb more handy

When people prefer to reverse-pickpocket or throw shit instead of
handing it out to people, there's a problem
- Span, formatting
- Change view to oview. This effectively removes that shitty, unhandy
"hey kid who are you giving this to" menu in 90 % of cases and just goes
ahead and GIVES the item. The problem was caused by the person using
Give being tagged as a valid recipient for the action
