* (Academy) Updates paths, fixes dir on windows, fixes a bad landmark spawn that left players trapped.

Replaces 2 out of 3 crabs with the more recent new types (snowy, kickstool)

* Removing shitcode entirely because I can't get it to work and relies on coding standards from 2010.

* Changes meatpackers roid to clown yield.  Adds lighting

* Rebalanced weapon loot.

* Listening Post -
Replaces regular mining tiles with a mix of high yield and clown.

* Moves all away missions from broken to unused.

* Fixes the mission loader thanks to @cloroxygen figuring out what was fucked up.

* Reverting changes to fix zlevel.dm for another PR.
