* Adds binoculars.

* View change is now based on addition and subtraction.
Looking through binoculars now causes an obvious binoculars sprite to appear on your face.

* A pair of binoculars now spawn in the detective's locker.

* Adds better binoculars sprite, taken from Eris Station and tweaked.
