Note for coders: in order to help with seaching of health-related bugs I have moved many procs from /mob/ under /mob/living/.
Also, done some clean up and rearranging.
Results:
-admin rejuvenating now works again;
-people screams if getting creamated while still alive;
-diseases actually loose your health;
-monkeys wearing masks receive protection from acids as humans did;
-and other minor fixes and improvements.
Bugfix for imbuing a talisman.
RD now spawns with only 2 pens instead of 3.
Audible emotions can be heard by people outside of locker/other container.

Cleaned up a bunch of paths so that we weren't using items that had sprites in the old_or_unused.dmi file. It's now changed so that the sprites are in more appropriate locations. I'll be doing another commit later, where I'll be adding some unused sprites into the old file.

Added a blackbox recorder to the server room. Along with the messaging server, it is likely to never find an ingame use, however it will likely be a good tool to get some feedback about the use of department channels.

Reverting reversions with the hope a ten day trial period will follow through to completion, during which time a discussion thread will be open (http://tgstation13.servehttp.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3114) and people will be able to appreciate and get used to the sprites in game. Also, changed the name of the hand held mining drill from gigadrill (the name of a proposed self-propelling vehicular mining drill from way back when which may or may not get completed) to handdrill in the sprite and Turbo Drill in the defines in order to prevent any possible conflicts or confusion.
