giacomand@gmail.com 16919d9d41 -Syndies should spawn next to their sleepers and not ontop of eachother. 
-equip_to_appropriate_slot will now return whether it's successful or not.
-Fixed the receivers and broadcasters being the wrong preset.

Finally fixed those clean_blood() calls so they update mob-overlays properly. Resolves issue 681. Fixes space-cleaner grenades/splashing/spraying, Soap (work-around), Showers (again) and Janitor-borgs.

Welp, fix for me accidentally re-adding the MC failsafe, and a stat check for metroids, so now they won't process targets, their friend list, or any of that other shit when dead.
