* SDQL upgrades.

Global var accessing, assoc lists (["yes": "no"]), `IN` for arbitrary
expressions and a bunch of wrappers for builtin BYOND procs. This includes _animate().

* remove debug output

* Fixes a fuckup and adds a changelog.
