* Adds atom tethering.

* Forgot to remove this.

* Needs this for testing.

* Oops.

* Fixes duplicate lines.

* Superfluous.

* Return values and spelling.

* Moves movement restriction from turf/Enter() to atom/movable/Move().

* Comments out tether tester.
