Adds the plushtide. (#7972)

* Plushtide is now

Adds plushies, puts them in arcades and cargo crates. Adjusts cargo crate cost to 1500.

* Small adjustments

Sounds were too quiet, robot misnamed

* Small typo fix

scruppuppy -> scrubpuppy
