SoundScopes cc4e1c0d9f Mod Fix, Delta Level Addition 
- Moved /client/proc/toggleattacklogs from Admin Verbs to Mod Verbs
- Delta Level when activated from the admin commands now ends the game
with a bang after 10 minutes
- Added a confirmation box to avoid accidental Delta Level Activation

Dalekfodder ad32e68ed1 Make me your radio, turn me up when you feel low. 
Radio is reddy m8. Can't stop the songs mid it's not possible at all. If
it is the code will be modified but for now we're rolling like this.

-target_stake.dm now allows mobs to be buckled on to it

-mob.dm has had a line added to tell the target stake that we want it to
buckle the mob like a chair (Don't know why they made this here)

-fancy.dm cigarette packs now can hold pills and lighters

-boxes.dm added last request box and transplant storage box. Transplant
storage box is part of a WIP

Sgtsammac 0adb20d6b6 Engineer Workboots 
Sprites and object code for Engineer steel toe cap boots.

Skull - You will need to change the engineer code to spawn these in. :)
I haven't tested them ingame, but they successfully appear as an object
in the editor.

Might be nice to give them heat/cold protection properties? I haven't
done it yet but would be easy enough.
