* Medbay Overhaul Fixes

Fixed some minor and important issues with the medical overhall. Tested several times. If anything is wrong, it's nothing I was able to pick up on.

* Added some changes requested by Arrow

Replaced the psych waiting room with the break room and smoking lounge, removed the break room and smoking lounge from the sublevel, replaced the smaller main break room with the substation, added medication closets to the examination rooms, removed medical access from the substation.

* It's Time For A Fire Safety Workshop

Fixed some missing firelocks that were already missing on the sublevel, fixed some I forgot, added some fire alarms I forgot too, added showers to the sublevel, removed cameras from personal rooms for privacy, added a camera to the briefing room and cryogenics, added fire extinguishers to the psych's level.
