Somewhat large Zeng-Hu repalette PR (#21436)

How do I put this,
If I have not missed anything then all Zeng-Hu clothing (not counting
space capable suits) have been mildly resprited or otherwise repaletted.

For as long I have been on Aurora I really liked the shady transhumanist
aesthetic of Zeng-Hu, and their pink colored clothing. HOWEVER the pink
that was picked for their clothing, no matter how long ago, looked
really washed out and quite sad. So I attempted to alleviate that.
Hopefully successfully.

Images, as always, in the details below, however, due to large amount of
sprites I will not show them all here, just a few will be able to convey
what was changed.
NEW  sprites on the top, old (current) on the bottom.

I usually put an of course something here, but, I will take this spot to
say that I understand why people do not put images of changes on Aurora.
