New vents & disposal pipe sprites (#21120)

What it says on the tin. Resprites vents, scrubbers, and disposal bins
to look more modern, industrial, and Aurora-ish, whatever that means.

Markings, especially on disposal junctions, should also be much clearer
from an accessibility perspective so people can tell where a junction is
going to go more easily without having to squint as much.
