Fixes stationbound borgs not being able to insert fuel assemblies into fuel injectors. (#22923)

Shipbound engineering players rejoice

This fixes the fuel injector for shipbound silicons (and for anything
that doesn't have hands and uses a magnetic gripper instead)

now you can finally insert your fuel assemblies into the INDRA's solid
fuel injectors without having a human do it.
