Minor Map Tweaks (Mostly Science) (#19557)
* Makes some tile tweaks that were bothering me to the science map; some of them are white now and not steel-tile grey. * Moves the microscope, centrifuge, and spectrophotometer to the lab between botany/biology. Also puts the science samplers in the xenobiology foyer. * Adds a coat rack to the public garden. --------- Co-authored-by: La Villa Strangiato <mangodeity@gmail.com~>
