A couple of QOL tweaks to the Intrepid's medical facilities (#20619)

Adds a sink to the Intrepid's medbay
Adds curtains to the medbay so that you can have privacy without needing
to close the emergency shutters
Swapped out one of the unfolded roller beds for a collapsed roller bed,
you can find it just outside the medbay on the table with the other bed
and the space cleaner
