Unathi Tarwa Changes (#20524)

Just a small PR that made some very VERY small changes, but I felt like
they were needed

Removed the access from the Tarwa RobCo so they can actually grab parts,
and other stuff
Added some extra toolbelts and a table to engineering
Replaced their cigarette machine with the hacked, free, version (They're
pirates, it only makes sense)
Replaced "burn chamber" walls with metallic walls, replaced more walls
with Dionae walls to keep current ratio of Fungus to Steel
