V2 of [previous music playing
PR](https://github.com/Aurorastation/Aurora.3/pull/21466). TLDR no
longer uses the connect_range component for implementation because it
turned out a bit too inflexible for overlapping music players.
Removes a NanoUI template for the [TGUI

New changelog:
- refactor: "Ported Jukebox's NanoUI interface to TGUI."
- refactor: "Ported Jukebox audio playing functionality to a component."
- refactor: "Sound keys refactored from singletons to datums, along with
larger breakout of sound.dm to allow for easier SFX updates in future."
- code_imp: "Expanded track datums to include track lengths."

Extends and reworks how various extended information text (desc_info,
desc_build, desc_upgrades) are handled to make object interactions and
mechanics A.) much more clearly documented in-game and B.) much easier
to support from the back-end.
Almost certainly a candidate for test merge.
Assembly/Disassembly instructions are noticeably sporadic, largely due
to our current lack of a unified framework. That's a future thing I'd
like to attack so that it can be handled programmatically, but for now I
only targeted the biggest culprits as I came across them.

I made the sound myself, by modifying the tray hit sound. A better sound file by an actual audio person may be incoming soon. It's uh. The one I made is alright. Improving on punchmiss.ogg isn't hard.
You can now build improvised swords. The hilt determines the integrity thereof, while the blade determines the damage it does.
Additionally, it also adds a var that sets whether the material item uses its material name or not.

All knives (including the trench knife, which was previously a sword, and now has lost its ridiculously low chance to parry) have been moved to the knife datum, which are defined by their ability to eyestab, and be concealed in boots. The butcher's cleaver and the meat hook are no longer considered knives - the cleaver is now a hatchet, and the hook is a regular weapon.
The tactical knife has been buffed, and deals 18 damage, to be superior/equivalent in power to the steel bat, considering that it's an illegal/hidden item.
This prs adds some new melee weapons, besides some sprites fixes and changes.
