3f2a515a8b Changes all cases of update_icons(), updateicon(), UpdateIcon() etc. to update_icon(). (#9432)
update_icons(), UpdateIcon() and updateicon() are now changed to be update_icon().

Many interactions expect a target to have an update_icon(), so they should all be the same.

Also fixed some stuff that was using relative pathing, along the way.

3160508c1a Makes tool colors work, despaghettifies code (#9231)
I finally figured out how to make tool inhands and inhand coloring work properly, so custom colors can apply to inhands! (yes, even the stuff from loadout.)

Code-wise, this guts the superfluous our_color variable.
This cuts it out from screwdrivers, wirecutters, cable, and everything else which uses this shit.
I'm pretty sure testing this has taken out a day out of my life.

Also I fixed up the cable examine to be less crappy. (so you can finally see cable descriptions.)

Don't mind the commits, I just built this on top the handcuff noose PR.

0537ae6b0c Power Insulated (#6055)
It is now no longer to electrocute yourself by merely clicking on an exposed power cable with an object that happens to be conductive. Power cables are now insulated.

It is now possible to sever cables with an object that is sharp or edgy by clicking on an exposed power cable with said object while on help intent (to alleviate potential misclicks while fighting in maint, which one assumes is normally done in harm intent.) If the sharp object is conductive you will electrocute yourself.

94f215c014 Fixing Z level cable update and substations (#5937)
Oh boi, this one is a tiny in terms of lines, yet a huge impact. It absolutely solves problem with powernet bug of cables not updating through Z levels properly. Spend lots of time and especially intellectual effort to debug this thing and finally comparing Bay's code and debugging ours showed that lines 359 and 364 should be power_list(T, src, 12) because that stands for marked and we have unmarked cables.

Fixes Z level update of cables, now it updates them properly. So the substations work. Fixes #5165 , Fixes #5883 , Fixes #5655

Adds Z powernet to runtime levels for debug and tests

4ed82ce486 Add Runtime Station (#3350)
Ports Runtime Station from /tg/, a debugging map meant to speed up boot time during development.
Also adds RTGs, a low-output (< 10 kW) upgradable buildable infinite power source, and allows placement of cables on catwalks.

c3c31c85ea Machinery Component Initialization Refactor (#3258)
Machinery objects' component_parts list is now automatically populated with the types in the component_types list. Types can have an associated number which is interpreted as an instruction to spawn that number of that type. This eliminates a few Initialize() procs, and simplifies others.
Example:

component_types = list(
    /obj/foo/bar,
    /obj/baz = 2
)
Other changes:

Cable coils will now no longer force a stack size of 30 when created without their stack size passed as a parameter - this fixes anonymous types not working correctly with cable coils.
