With permission from Herpetophilia, this adds an unathi staff to the loadout, sacrilegiously held by a human below. It's available in the religion loadout tab.
You will now place a storage item into a disposal bin even without harm intent, if the container is empty.
While not explicitly a bug, it's strange and unintended behaviour.

Skrell voidsuit now has values that make sense since it was stronger than the sec voidsuit.
The normal sec vests have now more balanced armor values.
Changes the sec voidsuits to match the values of the vest.
EVA suits can no longer carry toolboxes in their suit storages, but the CE's suit now can.
Ported the clickcatcher from tg/bay. You can now click black spots to turn. Isn't that handy, especially with vision cones.
Reworked fullscreen overlays into an easier and better system, courtesy of PsiOmegaDelta.
Similiarly, added fadeout animations to all pain overlays, plus unconsciousness.
Fixed the vampire frenzy overlay never showing.
Unconsciousness is now FULL darkness.
Flashing mobs is now an inbuilt proc.
Ported a modified human UI from Bay/Europa with minor edits.

I made the "condition nominal" icons invisible to fit with our old UI style, but I left the transparent icons in the .dmi, if someone wanted to use it for something.
Added sounds and an animation to hitting space vines.
Sharp or edged items now deal double damage against vines, which makes high damage weapons better for vine clearing.
Attacking plants no longer produces a visible message.
Ports the external URL preloading from tg-station. This allows us to point the config to an external URL, from which the .rsc file will be downloaded. This will be way faster than using the BYOND system, as we don't have to deal with BYOND's netcode.
