Refactored some UT output.
Removed some unused things, including vars.
Added a test to ensure people don't keep adding new unmanaged vars.

Changes the way loadout items with additional colours worked to be part of all items, rather than changes to each of their update_icon procs.

This pr adds an augment option to the loadout, that by using copious amounts of shitcode, allows players to spend their snowflake points into becoming total powergamers cool augmented cyborgs.
Also, make a couple of changes to allow all limbs to host internal organs and interact with them in surgery.
Asymmetrical accessories can now be flipped! This is done through the attack_self proc (i.e., activating it in your active hand), or a right-click menu if the item already has an attack_self behaviour.
This affects:
Stethoscopes
All medals
All badges
Armbands
Holsters
Machete Holster
Scarves
TCFL ribbons
Shoulder capes
Sleeve patches
Bandoliers
Political pins
This PR will lead us towards the Promised Day, for in its wake there shall be much celebration and ecstasy as this world becomes a world suitable for developer hegemony. The first strike is thusly;
All << is converted into to_chat().
With this change, ported from baystation, whitelist loadouts can use lists now, so, you can have one xeno item that is allowed to two different species, like the gear harness.
