Smart mobs will no longer slip out of your aggressive grabs by moving away.
Oversight on my part, made the code where neck grabbing a mob to prevent them from attacking useless.

This pr adds a freeze ray gun. It works by reducing the mob's temperature until they freeze and get stuck inside ice for a while. The gun also has an alt-fire mode that fires ice bolt.

Molotovs now longer emit light if an unlit rag is inserted.
Molotov rags now properly delete when they burn out.
