6ecdf0c812 Fixes #6425 (#6436)
Per #6425 pointing out that you can click chalk, I discovered that the creator of #6393 neglected to bother coding in exceptions for all illogical children of the pen item in their rush to add in new memes.

Fortunately, I have cleaned up the mess.

REASON

I bloody hate how I have to throw all my crap into my backpack and I don't have a belt that can store my crap onto my belt slot. This aims to have a hydroponics belt be added via the lockers and bio-thingy.

Also, it'll add a belt that defines hydroponics, and has a few things added to it so it gives you a reason to use it instead of the regular utility belt.

Also, I'm removing the chemical-grenade restriction to cleaning from the janitor belt. Now it can hold all grenades, same with this new belt.

Fixes Load-Time and Lighting issues on the Space Ruins by moving the loading of the ruins into Atlas

* Reworks the space ruin loader

It´s now based on a json file which allows to set the weight of the ruins, add various tags with a specified weight and restrict the maps the ruin can be used in

* Fixes compile warnings

* Change z-levels in aurora.dm

* Moves the SubSystem

* Changes the player_levels back again since the away mission is now loaded after the z expansion

e8062bf0ec Adds toothpaste and toothbrush (#6317)
This pr adds toothpaste tubes and toothbrushes, you can get them in the loadout and the surface bathroom. Toothpaste works like alcohol to vaurca. A couple of vaurcan drink recipes are also added at the request of their lore writer.

34bcb59a65 Chaplain Buffs (#6246)
-Adds an aspergillum, which will hold up to 10u of liquids, such as holy water, and spray out out to adjacent squares, such as those occupied by filthy vampires. It also makes a pretty jingle sound when you do so. The sprite was provided by Dronz.
-Removes the buggy null item box, and replaces it with obsidian shards that can be reassembled at will to whatever null item shape you crave.
-Null items can now be mounted on poncho backs
-Some backend updates to spraybottle code that will let you change the sound effect of a spray-object if someone makes one in the future.

aa70b6cffb Changes how clumsy checks are handled (#6299)
This pr adds the is_clumsy check, that checks if the mob has the mutation or if they are drunk enough. This fixes a bug where mobs would still have the clumsy mutation due to drinking.

cfe684a8a4 Animal traps fixes and improvement (#6152)

Animal traps now visually display what prey is inside of them by adding mob's icon as underlay.

Tesla no longer logs spawn of new miniballs

Fixes main changelog where it is supposed to be addition.

Fixes #6158

Examining animal trap with prey now also displays examine message of the prey itself too.

7f0c085b1a Reviving Fire Fixes and Tweaks PR. (#6129)
This PR revives Burger's PR #5797

Fire extinguishing foam now works properly. It is 3 times stronger than water.

Walking through a foam will extenguish your fire stacks.

Atmos suit max temperature threshold was increased from 30k to 40k. Atmos firefighter suit max temperature was increased from 30k to 45k. Heavy firesuit max temperature was increased from 30k to 55k. Same goes for their helmets.

Firesuits and red/white/atmos hardhats no longer protect wearer from pressure. So people cannot use it in space. For areas with 2000+ KPa fire people need to use atmos voidsuit.

Fixes #867

Cyborg stations now refill cyborg's fire extinguishers. Fixes #6171

Fire now produces CO2 while burning, with amount varying by fire severity

ff2c30633d RIG construction by Robotic (#6120)
This PR lets Robotics lab to be able to assemble different RIGS. Process is similar to Mechs construction.

Rig that will be allowed to be constructed: EVA, industrial, medical, CE, AMI, light, hazard, combat, cybersuit(illegal tech)

Part of #6032 update

Misc changes:

Moved mechfab_designs.dm to designs folder.

Decreases bullet armour for industrial RIG

Gives stealth RIG slightly better armour values than regular light RIG

Slightly increases hazard RIG bullet and radiation protection.

Changes:

rscadd: "Added Kinetic accelerator to mechs. RND can now research and make these Kinetc accelerators. There is a regular and a burst(3 shots) version. It will be better than average-decent man-held KA."

rscdel: "Added flamethrower for mechs. RND can now research and make this flamethrower. Works like man-held flamethrower."

soundadd: "Added flamethrower sound."

balance: "Hermes mech armour values has beeen rework. No longer it has bullet protection of millitary grade mech, and brute protection of a baby. Bomb protection increased, and fire protection decreased."

bugfix: "Fixed fire spam of burst mech weapons. Before if you click fast enough you were able to bypass cooldown x number of times in a row for burst mech weapons."

tweak: "Hydraulic clamp now loads all of the ores from a tile in one click into the box of mech. Just like mining satchel."

tweak: "The LBX AC 10 "Scattershot" now uses shotgun sound effect."

Replaces carp/shark sprites

Moves shark sprites into animal.dmi file. Removes spaceshark.dmi

Old sprites of carp and shark remain. Also made a new mobs that uses old carp and shark sprites

Moves all NPC sprite files into icons/mob/npc folder, for organization.

Updates all paths.
