fb3f222cc7 Highly-Anticipated Crayon Features (#7312)
Crayons finally have crayon dust in them. Use a grinder to get it (syringes won't work).
    Removed the "uses" var for crayons and made the number of times a crayon can be used (or chewed on) based on the amount of crayon dust remaining.
    Normal crayons contain 10 units of crayon dust. One drawing consumes 0.5 dust (for 20 effective uses. Down from 30). Taking a bite transfer 2 units to you (For five bites). So where before you could bite a crayon 4 times and still use it 30 times, now if you bite a crayon 4 times (8 units) you can only use the nub to draw 4 times (2 units) before it's gone.
    Mime crayons have 15 units of dust, rainbow crayons have 20.
    Biogenerator can produce crayon boxes now. It can already produce wax and cardboard, so this isn't a stretch. People will have to interact with hydro or cargo to get a good amount of a specific color of dust.
    Gave crayon dust colors unique flavors because why not. It's fun.

[bugfix] Attacking a mob with a pen used "pen" instead of "[src]", so children & renamed pens would display incorrect attack text.

d6ff38ef96 The Epic Construction Update (#5976)
How to build machine blueprints!

Use steel sheets like normal, then rotate the frame how you like it using the directional arrow. From here use a Multitool to finalize it and then wire it up like you would before.

mop sound had a weird bass, so i fixed that (with help of gem)

removed the pen chat click thing. no more spamming local logs

6cef8c9074 Attack Proc fixes (#1259)
Baymerge changed the attack proc, i think by removing a default value, and a lot of things broke because they weren't using the function correctly.

This proc does three main things.

Adds a default to /obj/item/proc/attack to target the chest when no target zone is supplied.

Fixes the lack of a target zone in many attack procs, properly defining it so it'll get passed to the parent, and ensure that bodypart-specific targeting works.

Removes most instances of code to retrieve the user's selected zone, and instead to use the zone passed into the attack function. saves duplication of effort.

db30c15e4c Updates to science
Protolathe and CI build procs moved to them from RD console.
Protolathe and CI now have a build queue. Designs take varying time to
build.
P and CI material storage is now a list instead of a set of vars.
origin_tech is now a list.
All sheets now contain exactly 2000 units of matter.
In design datum, chemicals and materials are two separate lists.
Designs are now sorted. The method is kinda hacky but flexible. They
have a var, sort_string. Designs are sorted alphabetically using it.
Circuits how show whether they build a machine or a computer in CI menu.
Adds item construction, for now protolathe is used.

2e34cb79a5 Morphic Clerical Kit
Buy the morphic chameleon stamp (or Stmap) now and get a new pen which fakes signatures for free.
Attempts to improve the value of said chameleon stamp as it feels rather expensive for what it do.

5bb06b184c - Added a killswitch to the master controller for air processing and pipe processing, accessible through two toggle-verbs in debug verbs.
- Added a verb that breaks all airgroups into individually processing tiles and a verb that forces a group-rejoin attempt on all airgroups. Once the verb to break all air groups is used, they will not attempt to recreate until the recreate verb is used. In other words, this is for debugging, not goofing around. Verbs available in debug verbs.
- Some atmos code standardization
- Decreased the pressure resistance of most items by a factor of 10, meaning pressure will finally actually move items around!

I also attempted to speed up air movement, but it caused runtimes and everything moved in checkered patterns and I got scared so I didn't include it in this commit.
