97bb1e8e38 Travis: Indentation / list fixes (#1254)
Fixes the tools/indentation.awk script to not demand a comma at the end of perfectly valid comments.
Makes it report unnecessary commas in lists.
Readds it to the Travis build list.

67f7584cf9 Altclick useability tweaks (#936)
Adds pointing at things with alt+rightclick uasing some hacky code wizardry, thanks to kaiochao on the byond forums.
Also adds simple spam control to pointing, and changes the point verbs from using View, to Range, which is mildly faster

Also adds the ability to alt+click to eject your ID from PDAs and many computers. Anything to save on laggy rightclicks

e240def2bf Contained Sprites v2 (#758)
Overhauls the contained sprites system to be feature complete in terms of what it can do and offers. Now almost all cases of clothing and other items may use the system properly.

changes:

rscadd: "Chainswords now have an improved animation."
rscadd: "Chainswords and energy blades can no longer get embedded in people."
rscadd: "Chainswords and energy blades can now be used as surgical tools to amputate limbs. Chainswords are messy. Energy blades will cut clean and cauterize the wound"
tweak: "Surgery messages about amputating bodyparts are now very noticeable"
tweak: "Cauterising wounds with a welding tool is much more reliable. Cauterising with a cigarette is no longer effective."
bugfix: "Fixed chainsword held sprite not updating when toggled"

Makes a mob/proc/can_use_hand(), which determines whether or not a mob can use a given hand.

Redefined in human.dm to check a hand's status and usability.

3d90716324 Reworking hand usability checks; Fixes #200
Hand usability checks are moved into `mob/living/carbon/human/put_in_l_hand()` and `put_in_r_hand()` respectively. This changes how `obj/item/attack_hand()` functions slightly.

96cbc225ff Bags with the auto-pickup ability can no longer grab anchored objects.
Also fixes the canUnEquip() proc. It now only checks state, it doesn't change it. Fixes #11819 and probably a couple other odd item interactions.

83adba88d4 Updates blob
Remains of player blob axed.
blob_act() axed. Blob now has an arbitary set of things it can attack.
It will flow over everything else. Blob has an awful tendency to destroy
non-craftables.
Will test more tomorrow.
Blob will now attack mechs.
Fixes #8106.

0a751322e3 Rewrites shield handling
Rewrites shield handling to be less hardcoded.
Shields now take into account the damage source and direction when blocking.
Riot shields no longer block most bullets, but are better at blocking melee and thrown items than they were previously.
Energy shields block projectiles with a similar probability as they did before, and block melee and thrown as well as riot shields do.
Shields no longer block from directly behind the player.
Weapons now only block melee attacks.
Cool effects when blocking with an energy shield or energy sword (including holoswords).
