64e386785c Abling Disability (#4485)
This PR implements a system for manipulating a client's color safely and also ports a prioritization system for sorting client color from /tg/. Currently this PR also implements client coloration in the form of color blindness, namely:
Monochromacy
Deuteranopia
Tritanopia
Protanopia

DTP are mild brain traumas, whereas monocrhomacy is a severe brain trauma.
Furthermore, this PR removes the Needs Glasses prompt in character creation, and replaces it with a disability selector, allowing people to more closely refine their special little snowflakes.
Current disabilities available:
Nervousness
Nearsightedness
Deuteranopia
Tritanopia
Protanopia
Deafness
Muteness

c000070a5b Pixel Projectiles (#4105)
Projectile hitscan effects moved to /effects/projectiles folder.
Most of projectile firing code and some of impact code refactored, and projectile hitscan effects refactored with ported TGcode (which is mostly TGcode I wrote anyways 😎)
Projectiles can now be fired at any angle, instead of just at the center of turfs!
Projectiles are now [in theory] 100% accurate down to 0.001 of a pixel.

a86398d0d2 Code Cleanup: (Bump(), Bumped()) -> (Collide(), CollidedWith()) (#4349)
This PR rips out the old Bump() and Bumped() procs and replaces them with Collide() and CollidedWith() respectively. Behavior should be the same, but Bump() should no longer be double-called, and no longer relies on spawns.

Other changes:

LAssailant is now a weakref.
Some direct loc setting are now forceMove().

aa1278c38f Nerfs K'ois (#4250)
Based on data collected from feedback reports submitted by the community, some additional although minor changes to the present K'ois mechanics. A few larger changes are pending discussion but should not delay this PR.

-Halves K'ois Health
-Reduces Black K'ois health by 25%
-The number of spores released by a plant is now determined by that plant's potency. K'ois will be default release at most 2 spores, Black K'ois at most 3.

a367240477 Returns old alien weeds (#4075)
This update returns the alien weeds to their old behavior, instead of just being regular vines that turns any alien round into a giant clusterfuck. Also fixes alien acid being unable to melt the floor.

changes:

Z-levels below the surface now use 'rocky' ash instead of ash turfs. (Sprites from TG)
Fixed an issue where openturfs would incorrectly inherit their mimiced turf's gender.
Tweaked the names & descriptions of sand (now ash) and rock.
Reduced some pointless locate() calls in icon smoothing code for turf paths.
Replaced the empty space map with runtime Z expansion.
Fixes #2756.

/obj/visual_effect has been repathed to /obj/effect/visual.
Openspace movables will no longer use the space plane when on an openturf mimicing a space turf.
Lights now only update on direction change if your direction actually changed.
Fixed some bad set_dir() procs that were either pointless or that didn't return parent.
Mapped-in or maint dirtier-spawned glowing goo no longer self-deletes after 2 minutes.
Fixed an issue that may have caused some openspace movables to not properly handle direction changes.

Cleanables' random_icon_states list is now lazy. (eliminates ~4000 lists from dirt)
/obj/effect can no longer be pushed around by conveyor belts.
Lighting overlays are now explicitly prevented from being moved by conveyor belts.

b4fa4a8b3a Baystation12 merchant port (#3155)
Port of the merchant mechanics from baystation12.
All of the trader, prices and most essential system are done, as well the job datum and the like. Mapping the shuttle, the base and a new dock will be done in a later pr.
Also adds phazon construction and several other items used in this pr.
The chance of the merchant slow being open at round start can be changed via the config, it is 20% by default.

Removed the privacy poll as it is unused.
Observing no longer creates a new mannequin, instead fetching one from SSmobs.
Observer ghosts now have a description again.
Converted new_player.dm to absolute pathing.
Fixed a bad init on holomaps.
Removed a sleep from light fixture Initialize().
Added a queue length stat to the MC panel for Icon Smoothing.
Halved time taken to create lighting overlay objects.
Species & body marking lists are now sorted alphabetically.
Commented out calls to lighting profiler to remove overhead of string interpolation in some procs.
Blood dries instantly if present during mapload instead of setting a timer.

51c967d554 Kill a bunch of unneeded lists (#2851)
Removes a bunch of default lists from /obj, /obj/item, and /obj/structure, replacing them with either lazylists or adding behavior to the null value.

Null armor is now considered identical to having armor with 0 armor in each category, null attack_verb results in the text "attacked" being used.

It's harder to mess with the shuttle and after failing to return so many times it boots people off. It also connects the airlocks to distro and gives it a backup canister.

08fc62966d Spider updates (#2562)
CHANGES:

Spiders will no longer create massive stacks of cocoons under dead comrades. Fixes #2448
Limbs infested with spider eggs will now take longer to burst. When they do burst, the limb is gibbed.
Infested limbs will give out more warning now past a certain stage.
Modified the spider event. The moderate severity one will now no longer spawn nurses, so they can't multiply.
Added a major severity spider event. It spawns more spiders than the moderate severity one along with nurses.

f544fe43b1 Processor-driven effects system & Minor Lighting Performance Tweaks (#1697)
Adds a new process-based effects system with the goal of reducing insane lag from sparks.
Currently only supports sparks, but should be easily extendable to other types of effects.
Also fixes a bug with airlocks where the light from bolts wasn't updating.

Refactors bears slightly to reduce duplicated code & pointless spark object creation and destruction.
Lighting profiler will now log /turf locations & names correctly.
Doors will no longer trigger way more visibility checks than they need to.
