25b61bae72 Removed the infra_sensor define for noddie.
Integrated the sql and standard admin_rank stuff a little. Still needs some work.
Permissions Panel has a sexy floating search bar. The scripts and stylesheets are external files which will be sent to every client at connect, so they can be used in any panel you wish with no additional overheads.

If there are any bugs with the permissions panel (particularly the search bar) please let me know. thanks.

rights2text now has a seperator argument. It defaults to "", but can be any string, for instance "<br>"

78887723ca -New corridor airlocks! They will replace the regular glass airlocks in the corridor but they have an extra feature. They stay open by default and close/open automatically based on the local area's air alarm alert.
-Got rid of a magic number in implants.
-Robots cannot hide their items in food anymore.
-Updated changelog with disease naming.

9afc2cbe7f -Chemical implants can now hold 50 units instead of 10.
-Made mutagen a catalyst instead of an ingredient. Fixes Issue 1100.
-Spellbook and Teleport Scroll doesn't show up for other players now.
-Added a syndicate intercom in the wizard's den.

b86d90c6c2 Couple of bugfixes:
Wizards can no longer cast spells when muzzled. Fixes issue 843.

You can no longer take bags of holding or mechs to the clown planet. Fixes issue 1061.

Removed the infared sensor from the autolathe construct list. Fixes issue 1092.
- The infared sensor already does nothing, the code for it seems to have been removed ages ago, so there's no harm in doing this.
- Commenting out the define caused a few problems that I couldn't quite figure out. I'll leave it for now with a warning.

Removed the ability for pAI's to set arrest status. Dead players really shouldn't be allowed to grief people like that. Fixes issue 1093.

7955d348d8 Lots of bugs fixed for advance diseases.
Fixed advance diseases using the same reference in mobs.
Fixed advance diseases referencing other advance diseases' symptoms, instead of just copying it.

I tested it more thoroughly this time and I can't find any issues but if you do please add them to the bug tracker and or contact me on #coderbus.

Added a new reaction which will remove symptoms from a disease. Needs blood and synaptizine.
Added a new symptom, shivering will make you cold.

Tweaked and balanced some symptoms.

Removed the "flex" emote that hulks will do randomly.
Reduced the change to speak for hulks and brain damaged mobs. ( 7% -> 3% chance)

Please let me know if anything is out of place or wrong.

ab4c92e066 Using summon guns gives a message to the the user to confirm it working.
Added a new borg upgrade module which requires illegal tech and combat tech to make. It allows you to give them their emagged equipment without fucking with their laws.

New LMG by Ausops (both sprites and code). Right now appears only in Summon Guns, but may appear elsewhere in time.

Grilles now have a bullet act, so they no longer magically absorb infinite bullets.

Updated changelog.

d71cc8f3d6 -Advance diseases were given a good bug fixing based on reports and runtimes. Including the diseases spreading correctly.

-Cyborgs can now beep and ping.
-Hulks will now talk in all upper-case and will spurt out random hulk phrases and flex.

if some explosive reaction occurs - it firstly tries to explode container, next the surroundings
if container is alive - it cuts half of explosion power, if it is dead in process - cut an half again

8f0ae22884 - Reverted the size reduction from r4996.
This is simply not acceptable:
- http://www.kamletos.si/screen%20overlay%20reduced%20size.png
- http://www.kamletos.si/screen%20overlay%20reduced%20size2.png- Made being in an area with extremely low pressure cause some damage (2 per tick)
- Reduced the amounts of oxy damage per tick from 1/ 2 / 4 to 0.5 / 1.5 / 3, depending on your body temperature.
- Reduced the maximum amount of high pressure damage per tick from 7 to 4. Slightly reduced the damage coefficient for pressure damage. This is to prevent insta-kills in high pressure areas. I still can't believe poly originally set it to 20 per tick... 
- Added a maximum amount to how much your body temperature can change in each tick. It can go up or down by, at most, 30K per tick.
- Space suits and the captain's armor now protect against pressure damage
- Fixed some more of poly's awful code. The STOPSPRESSUREDMAGE flag now defines whether you take damage or not. You still need to have both a helmet and suit with that flag on to be fully protected from pressure damage. This will make the pressure damage indicator actually show what kind of pressure is affecting you and not just pretend like you're not taking damage, even if you are, while in a space suit:

-Made a based interact proc and changed the updateDialog to call that instead of attack_hand. This caused issues with the APC and getting the power cell out of it. I then changed all machines that had their own defined proc (that was everywhere)

4c1136b48f -Fixed Issue 864 (Moving lights from your inventory to your hand causes lumiosity to be subtracted from your mob.)
Item's attack_hand proc wasn't calling the item to be picked up if it was in your inventory, which meant that the lights couldn't update properly. By calling pickup, even if the mob was taking it from their own inventory, I was able to get the lights to update properly. I've tested all items that used /pickup and they all worked correctly, apart from tray which never worked correctly as I then tested it on the online servers. I'll create an issue report for that later.

-The crew monitor will now detect mobs that are inside a content of an object, such as a locker. I also made it so that it only detected mobs on the same z level as the computer itself, so people on the away missions and what not will not be able to see the crew member's on the station.

-Updated the changelog about my last commit, before this one.

3b022d842d - Made it possible to get to the station, derelict, satellite and mining z-levels through space travel.
- You will now never loop into the same z-level on transition. So if you are exiting the derelict z-level, you won't re-enter the derelict z-level on the other side.
- Added this to the changelog.

d46775ec87 -Aliens now take x2 as much damage from fire based weaponary, instead of x1.5.
-Doors are now weaker than walls; so normal weapons can destroy them much more easily.

2cefee1282 -Added advance diseases! Virology can create and mutate advance with different symptoms and effects. Read my comments if you're interested in each symptom.
This isn't done, I still need to add more symptoms and a way for virology to identify and name them.

-Metroids will die in space again.

14fa60a125 - You can now set your character's age up to 85 (used to be 45) in the character setup menu.
- Added a few helper procs that change someone's skin tone to a descriptive word and someone's age to a descriptive word. This will be used in a human examine verb update.
- Completely remapped Medbay for 3.0.0.

ce8d8be416 Made mousetraps an assembly.
The path has changed from /obj/item/weapon/mousetrap to /obj/item/device/assembly/mousetrap
Deleted mousetraps.dm, and removed the original define from weapon.dm

Added a new /obj/item proc, on_found(). It's called when pockets are emptied, and whenever someone looks in a storage item. Currently used only by mousetraps and facehuggers~

Updated the map with path changes.
Updated the changelog.

861a036941 Added medical and security record filing cabinets.
Added a pig mask.

Changes to the map:
Added a safe to the vault, and a stethoscope on the nuke shuttle.
Added a camera and hand labeler to art storage.
Added a medical cabinet to the Detective's office.

f7c8e01955 Throwing eggs will result in the reagents of the egg reacting to the target. (Which can be a turf, object or mob) This creates possibilities like chloral eggs, lube eggs, and many more.

4166ae3e3f Xenoarch: artifacts, strange rocks, pretty orebox
Artifacts and strange rock formations spawn during world gen. Frequency
may need tweaking.

Strange rocks melt when acid hits them due to what I assume are changes
/tg/ made with how acid works. Alternately I missed something during
copypasta spree. I'll muck with it later. For now, harvesting always
works with applied welding tools.

Ore boxes back to old beautiful selves. Re-added a few icons to
mining.dmi and the strange rock icon to turfs.dmi

28a04fbb9d -Aliens can acid turf. The only turf they cannot acid are r_walls. I just used a typecheck because I didn't see the need for types of turf needing to be unacidable, but if so I'll make a variable for it.
-Made a proc which will select active candidates.

BALANCE STUFF

-Acid is less random.
-Humans being disarmed by Aliens is no longer a random duration, instead it is a constant 10, instead of the random 10 to 15.
-Facehugger throw range was reduced to 5.
-Laying eggs costs 75 plasma (from 50) and secreting resin costs 75 plasma (from 100).
-Reduced stun duration of Alien disarm to Cyborgs. From 10 to 7.

2f68d2cd48 -Brain radio MMIs were fixed, they wouldn't broadcast the MMI's message.
-Fixed a bug where you couldn't talk into intercoms while it is dark.
-AIs can now type in the "track with camera" verb and get a list of names to show up. This can save time if the AI needs to track an individual.
-Deleted the old AI move.
