051d5130d8 Makes Ling a bit better (#7224)
Wew. It also separates ling stuff into sorted files and folders. For future developers to uh. Rework. And uh. Not remove.

    Improved sting descriptions.
    Fixed various typos, made some descriptions more clear.
    Stealthsuck now does toxins instead of genetic damage (randomly between 10 and 15).
    Hallucination sting occur 5 - 15 after stinging.
    Hallucinations last a smaller amount of time.
    Epinephrine sacs renamed to Adrenaline Sacs.
    Adrenaline Sacs cost 30 chemicals (was 45) previously.
    Adrenaline Sacs produce low amounts of oxycodone and hyperzine on activation.
    Faster chemical regeneration upgrade now regenerates 2.5 times faster (up from 2).
    Enhanced chemical storage now stores 50 extra (up from 25).
    Armblades now cost 4 genomes (up from 2).
    Rapid regeneration now heals genetic damage as well.
    Regenerative stasis now allows you to revive after 10 seconds (from randomly: between 8 and 20 seconds).
    Adds a text prompt confirmation if you want to go horrorform or not. Die misclicks, die.
    Adds a prompt to let ling know they need to wait a minute before they can stealthsucc again.
    Ling shield does more bashing damage.

Turns the z-level restriction procs into macros
Changes z-level restrictions to use the macros
Use contact_levels for announcements (instead of player_levels)
Restricts the teleporter to station_levels instead of player_levels
Restricts AI tracking to station_levels instead of player_levels
Mechs only get tracking beacons if they are on station_levels (instead of player_levels)
Construction Drones gib if they enter a station level
Mining Drones gib if they leave the station levels
Removes the mining equipment vendor from the scrapheap

8ca8760c21 Replaces all instances of /turf/simulated/shuttle with simulated/wall/shuttle or simulated/floor/shuttle counterparts. (#7315)
Replaced all the snowflakey shuttle turfs with either /turf/simulated/wall/shuttle or /turf/simulated/floor/shuttle where I could, meaning shuttles are no longer indestructible but they can still take a lot of punishment.
    Added a few unsimulated turf variants to use on the cc z-level rather than having to use their simulated counterparts.
    Added smooth dark shuttle wall icons and a few more shuttle floor variants by AmoryBlaine.
    Fixed the dark shuttle corner blocks from looking weird after transit.
    A side effect of removing these shuttle turf types, conjure spells will now work inside of shuttles that used these removed turfs. Could perhaps be readded using areas if needed.

This is part 1 of the stuff from #5771 which will be split up and added in smaller batches beginning with adding the turf types with this pr.

The ling is ass. It's just. Ass. Butts. It isn't scary. Whap it and cuff it, toss it in solitary and smack its horribly deformed ass. Now they can tear through walls. Nice.

    Forming armblades and flesh riot shields as ling now break cuffs and straitjackets.
    Changing into a lesser form now uncuffs you
    You can use an armblade is a crowbar, to do crowbar based activities.
    The armblade can be used to slice and dice through non-reinforced walls and girders.

631c477e98 Machine Overload Nerf (#7025)
Machine overloads are now no longer a joke. The strength of APC machine overloads is now reduced by roughly 2/3rds. As you can see by the below graph, this change is very much needed.

X axis is the APC's power cell charge.
Y axis is the strength of the explosion.

Purple line is the strength of the explosion in its current state. As you can see above, it caps out very easily and super fast: Basically 4 AA batteries can destroy nearly everything.

Red line is the new strength of the explosion in this PR. It's much more reasonable and caps out at APCs with upgrades.

That purple dotted line down the middle is the cell capacity of a normal APC.

c2979e5496 Shinobi: Geeves Destroys Game Balance: Electric Boogaloo (#6989)
Added a ninja frequency to radios which ninjas spawn with to collaborate.
    Two ninjas now spawn instead of just one.
    Gave the ninja better spawning gear, a syndicate uniform, a belt with some tools and a pAI card.
    The ninja suit now has new lights, and its shoes are now magboots.
    Added a doorhack RIG module. Functions the same as the normal doorhack, but the user can move around after initiating the hack, as well as hack multiple airlocks at once.
    Added new advanced combat belt, can hold various gear that a ninja would usually come across.
    Gave the ninja teleporter a 5 second cooldown between uses.
    Buffed the ninja's RIG armour values slightly. Still requires feedback, if ninjas die too quickly, it will be buffed more.
    Added an additional toolbox, chair, suitcooling unit and ninja spawn point to the ninja shuttle on the centcomm level.
    Gave the ninja a new uniform + gloves.
    Tweaked Emergency Power Generator to give 2500 energy, but take 5 minutes to recharge. In the past, they took 24 seconds to recharge and gave 1500 energy, which made all other sources of energy regeneration useless.

2a2cc7d52e Ports table item autoalign from Bay (#6946)
Made it so items get their pixel x/y reset on pickup.
    Thrown items now also get their pixel placement slightly randomized.
    Tweaked the center of mass on a boatload of items to be more accurate to their sprite art.
    Replaced a bunch of randomized pixel placement code into a unifying proc; randpixel_xy() that uses an item's randpixel var.

d875dcfc3b Weapon, pickaxe and shield resprite (and a bunch of other stuff) (#6776)
this resprites some weapons,

namely the butterfly knife and switchblade to not be comically oversized
(you know, they're...concealable.)
tweaks some other sprites too, like the handles of polearms and the stunbaton
this doesn't change how they look from afar, they're practically the same in glance value
riot shield taken from Eris (and tactical shield is a modified version of that)
made ebarrier use same colors as eshield (this makes more sense, honestly)

Falling base damage was reduced from 60 to 40. Also you no longer take remaining damage from limbs to the chest.

    Changed falling limb priority damage from head > arms > leg to legs > arms> head

    Added new Malf ability to Malfunction gravity. it costs 2500 to research and 300 CPU to use. The ability will disable station gravity for 3 seconds and push them back on the ground with force as if they fell from 1 Z level.

514e1f2aa4 Makes sounds with a low enough volume only audible within line of sight (#6515)
It has been posited that it doesn't make sense to hear certain sounds through walls. So, I proceeded to go and change that.

All sounds with a volume of 50 or less will now be played only to the "hearers" list. This is basically people within line of sight. I also rewrote the lower levels of the sound API with this. The code is now more modular, while retaining the same main API entry point playsound.

This needs a test merge to see how badly I broke shit.

00ba1282c3 Changes how pain checks works in game (#5978)
This pr creates a new check, can_feel_pain, it checks for the NO_PAIN flag, if the target is under influence of mind altering drugs or strong painkillers. This check replaces all the species procs and fixes somethings, like people under the influence of pain killers still getting knocked out from pain and etc.

30487f42c0 Stage 1 Ling Rework (#5865)
This is Stage 1 of my ling rework. It is intended to be a standalone fix that corrects one of the particularly frustrating aspects of changeling, along with a few minor QoL tweaks. There WILL be more stuff later as I continue the rework, but this is sorely needed now.

Here is what it has done:
-There is now an ability called Absorb DNA available to all changelings, it has replaced the old ability of the same name.
--It can target anyone adjacent to you, and they can't move or it fails.
--It takes about 1/3 the time of a succ, but you don't have to grab them, you just have to chat with them or whatever to encourage them to remain put. You know, roleplay and stuff.
--It does not kill the target, or work on other changelings.
--After it is completed, you receive 1 DNA point
--Approximately 10-15 seconds after you complete the process, the target will receive a small but noticeable amount of genetic damage. This is do prevent people from immediately flipping the fuck out because they took damage and pointing at the person next to them as the cause.
--Attempting to absorb the DNA with someone who has over 100 genetic damage will cause them to become briefly stunned and husked.

The old code for whatever reason only stunned the person being bit for around 7 second then they could resist. This should keep them stunned long enough to be unable to resist for the full duration of the sucking
