Allows renaming most animals, both simple animals as well as monkeys and their alien equivalents.
Since animal pathing is wild with regards to things like goats and guard dogs being under the hostile path, had to add a var for hostile animals to allow renaming without repeating a bunch of code.

update_icons(), UpdateIcon() and updateicon() are now changed to be update_icon().
Many interactions expect a target to have an update_icon(), so they should all be the same.

Moves shark sprites into animal.dmi file. Removes spaceshark.dmi

Moves all NPC sprite files into icons/mob/npc folder, for organization.

This pr ports the baystation's feature that allow people with a certain access to lock the holodeck, stopping people messing with it. Heads of staff and the chaplain can lock/unlock the holodeck.

Changing how the calculation of armor works , instead of just being a check if it is protected fully, half or nothing. Making armor more reliable and less rng dependant.
Also, uranium meteors will irradiate nearby people when they explode.

Properly sets up the holodeck, mapwise. All holorooms have been adjusted to be the appropriate size for the now slightly smaller holodeck (7x10).
The Chaplain now has an office above hydroponics, which has all of his necessary things - crematorium, morgue tray, tools of office, and even a slight semi-confessional for private council.
