4f1b29f629 Autokicking now kicks any mob that isn't an observer and isn't staff. (#9424)
Also, the autokicker SS now counts how many people have been kicked.

Note that this will need a config update as well.

05f6e81c60 Lowpop Antag: Burglar (#9193)
Added a lowpop gamemode called 'Burglars', featuring a new type of antagonist, a mix between a heister and a traitor. Neutered for lowpop fun.
    Added a mixed gamemode, 'Conflict', which is heisters and burglars.

c2979e5496 Shinobi: Geeves Destroys Game Balance: Electric Boogaloo (#6989)
Added a ninja frequency to radios which ninjas spawn with to collaborate.
    Two ninjas now spawn instead of just one.
    Gave the ninja better spawning gear, a syndicate uniform, a belt with some tools and a pAI card.
    The ninja suit now has new lights, and its shoes are now magboots.
    Added a doorhack RIG module. Functions the same as the normal doorhack, but the user can move around after initiating the hack, as well as hack multiple airlocks at once.
    Added new advanced combat belt, can hold various gear that a ninja would usually come across.
    Gave the ninja teleporter a 5 second cooldown between uses.
    Buffed the ninja's RIG armour values slightly. Still requires feedback, if ninjas die too quickly, it will be buffed more.
    Added an additional toolbox, chair, suitcooling unit and ninja spawn point to the ninja shuttle on the centcomm level.
    Gave the ninja a new uniform + gloves.
    Tweaked Emergency Power Generator to give 2500 energy, but take 5 minutes to recharge. In the past, they took 24 seconds to recharge and gave 1500 energy, which made all other sources of energy regeneration useless.

18baa01d0a Ticket improvements (#4432)
Adds some features and fixes some shit:

Closing of tickets sent to Discord will now alert discord as well.
Adds a reminder period for tickets which starts after they're opened. It's intended to remind staff to close their tickets. Say, something like 10 minutes since opening sounds like a solid idea. If the staff who claimed it is offline, then all staff are reminded of it.
Adds the logging of all tickets to the database at the end of round. Sortable by staff closing, person opening, time opened, time closed, and round ID. This is primarily for Aboshehab.

* Repaths eyes, observers, dview, and new_players to /mob/abstract subtypes.

* Adds /mob/abstract, a base type for 'abstract' mobs that aren't meant to be directly affected by the game world.

0fc67f2cb9 Remove a whole bunch of in world loops and rework machinery global lists (#3053)
Removes a whole bunch of in world loops.
Reworks SSmachinery to hold two lists: all_machines and processing_machines. all_machines contains all machines 5ever. All of them. Literally. Forever. And ever. processing_machines only contains machines that process with the SSmachinery controller.

I checked most types at runtime on the live server to see whether they're in processing_machines or in all_machines, and did debug to ensure that most machinery ends up and stays in all_machines.

Includes a basic UT to make sure all mapped in machinery types remain within the all_machines list post-init.

0ad3d4c189 Round-end statistics (#2483)
This PR adds a system to display round statistics at the end of the round, with the option of logging said statistics to the feedback database.

Tracked stats:

Most deaths by ckey.
Number of people cloned.
Number of times humans have fallen into openturfs.
Number of times humans have died from falling into openturfs.
Number of times humans have been gibbed.
