As a continuation of #9389
As a bonus, any drugs that mentioned their IRL counterpart in their description now describe their predecessor as ancient, and the new ones as modern. The biggest difference here is just the Antihistamine which was given a full new name. They're similar enough that they'll be recognized (most of them) but different enough for us to call our own and not care what the real medicines are/do since these are our sci-fantasy versions just inspired by them.
rscadd: "Food that takes one bite to eat doesn't say 'you finish it' anymore. Sounded kind of weird to 'finish' something in one bite."
bugfix: "Fixes some grammar with swallowing pills."
It was a mistake to use real life chemicals on the grounds of "realism", especially when the chemical doesn't actually act realistically to how it does in real life. With the removal of the Inaprovaline medication as well, we can return the name to Norepinephrine, which was originally called Inaprovaline anyway.
Converts reagents to use typepaths instead of IDs.
Centralises reagent spawning in a lot of places to use reagents_to_add instead of a variety of custom methods or initialise overrides.
-Almost all aspects of virology and it's related machinery and objects have been purged from the code and map.
-Most of disease code has been purged. Some pieces of it remain as holdovers because they would require extensive rewrite of defines and codes for things like nanite robot transformation and appendicitis (that frankly isn't necessary)
-The outbreak event has been purged, as has the virology malicious code event variant.
-The Virology department has been remapped into the Abandoned Sector.
Due to some of the, er, interesting decisions made when writing the code for beakers shattering when you throw them, not only was it possible to shatter containers made of non-glass materials into glass fragments - such as cryostasis and bluespace beakers, and wooden buckets - but most of the actual glass beakers were impossible to break with your bare hands.
I have corrected both these issues in addition to making it possible for glass beakers that are tougher to still shatter even if you don't throw them with the force of a mass driver. And they make a noisy shatter sound now, too.
Depends on #6743
Adds Lance fatigues, male and female dresses to the game.
Select equipment verb additions:
Adds Lancer
Adds Lance Medic
Adds Lance Engineer
Adds Lance Operative
Misc changes:
Reworks outfit datum API to allow for belt, accessory contents similar to backpack API. Adds ability to add holstered weapon
Refactors bottle API, cleans it up removing redundancy and duplicated code. Adds ability to define multiple reagents and their volume for the bottle.
Adds Dexalin Plus bottle, Epinephrine bottle, Spaceacilin bottle.
Because I'm an idiot I realised that phoron salt bombs are actually impossible because water turns to ice when frozen, and you need frozen water in order to make a working bomb.
I also fixed a few bugs regarding cryo/pyro mixes in reagents. It only took me 5 hours to figure out.
I also made Phoron Salts containers spawn with a stable temperature so admins don't blow up when they mess around with it.
I adjusted the explosion size of phoron salts so that absolute best case scenario, you can make a bomb that has the destructive radius of a screen.
Overview
This is the github WIP PR for the reagent system project. This is for other developers and users to track progress of the code if they're curious about it, as well as to show that it actually works.
Converts all reagent containers to use Initialize, fixes the hand-chew cool down so it's no longer for everyone, and moves the suit sensor Z-level to the global.dm right above the station name so anyone else using the code can't miss it.
Closes#3363Closes#3361Closes#3362
Port of the merchant mechanics from baystation12.
All of the trader, prices and most essential system are done, as well the job datum and the like. Mapping the shuttle, the base and a new dock will be done in a later pr.
Also adds phazon construction and several other items used in this pr.
The chance of the merchant slow being open at round start can be changed via the config, it is 20% by default.
Chemistry containers now have capacities in multiples of 60 (60 for bottles, pills and small beakers, 120 for large beakers and buckets) to make reactions more convenient.
Gave the high level symptoms their own preset diseases and added them to the virus crate, along with a bottle of mutagen.
Several disease fixes, such as disease stages going below 0. Diseases which spread by blood will longer spread when you touch someone (i.e: click on someone)
I also did some cleaning up with comments.
Made handheld radios broadcast if their messages aren't sent on the same level as they're on, meaning that turning off the relay to the station will not make it impossible to communicate with others with radios.
Made some events only effect people on the station Z level.

-Removed the mutagen requirement from a metroid recipe so it does not conflict with the mix_virus recipe.
-When deaf, you'll get a notice when you see someone talking but you don't hear them. Being blind and deaf will give you no message, because you won't be able to tell. Talking while deaf will give you a message, even while blind.
-Diseases can't be cured by having a high body temperature now.
-I cut down the copy+paste on the meter code.
-Advance diseases now have a limit of 3 in a single mob, increased the amount of symptoms you can have to compensate.

This isn't done, I still need to add more symptoms and a way for virology to identify and name them.
-Metroids will die in space again.
