Fixed hatch overlay not being cut when a firedoor opens
Fixed firedoor hatches drawing ontop of office/blast shutters when both are on the same tile
Drones can now bump open windoors

- bugfix: "Fixed dizziness effects on alcohol, psilocybin, and cryptobiolin taking a long to start up and sometimes never starting for low doses"
  - tweak: "Sip size from alcohol bottles is now the same as for glasses, which is half what it was"
  - tweak: "Rebalanced all alcoholic drinks with more believable alcohol values, and adjusted alcohol metabolism. Generally drinks are stronger but metabolise more slowly, pace yourself!"
  - rscadd: "Different species now have varying susceptibility to alcohol. Tajarans get drunk slightly faster, skrell are twice as fast as humans, unathi can drink more, and vaurca get drunk very slowly, but alcohol poisons them"
  - bugfix: "Dousing people in alcohol and setting them on fire, now only works with spirits and liqeurs stronger than 40% ABV, and the heat of the resulting fire is based on the strength"

3663ddcfed Welcome Screen (#535)
The idea is to consolidate all of the spam that you see on the lower right panel into one concrete, semi-persistent pop-up window. Utilizing bootstrap, it'll show you a neat welcome screen, the message of the day, staff memos (if accessible), and a personalized set of notifications. The system is set up for easy future expansion, as well.

fbaeb13039 Vaurca Patch 3.00; Fixes #496 (#493)
Vaurca filtration bit organ added. When destroyed or removed, oxygen becomes poisonous to the Vaurca.
Vaurca lungs have been made organic.
Vaurca take 3x toxin damage, as a result of their rather alien biology.
Vaurca lose additional blood when an opportunity to lose blood presents itself, due to their open-circulatory system.
Vaurca organs are no longer all robotic, except for the neural socket and filtration bit.
Vaurca organ surgery is now possible.

Mice will no longer spawn in closed systems with nowhere to ventcrawl to.
Mice can no longer spawn in breached areas and die immediately. A spawnpoint with a safe environment will always be chosen.

Vaurca hivemind language added.
Vaurca appropriate name generator added.
Tied Vaurca language to their neural socket organ.
Added a method for non-Vaurca to intercept the Vaurca hivenet so long as they construct the correct item.
Sprites for Vaurca organs.
Neutered all Vaurca.
Cutting open a Vaurca for surgery now requires heavier equipment.
Injecting a Vaurca with a syringe now will take time.
Adds various Vaurca cosmetic items available via loadout.
Adds a few new burst-fire weapons exploiting the burstfire fix - obtainable via research or adminbus.
Ports the ability to stick heads on spears from Paradise-code.
Added an error message when trying to bite someone before the cooldown expires.
Removed spoken Vaurca language.
Heavily nerfed K'ois' properties.
Halved the nutrition value of nutriment, returning it to old-code state.
Nerfed the damage dealt by bite, while reducing the cooldown.
Fixed burstfire weapons spamming attack messages when fired, allowing for more automatic weapons.
Fixed Vaurca player ability to select coloured eyes.

27ff6d3e4c Borg Jetpack Overhaul (#341)
Somewhat rewrote the cyborg jetpack to be an internal component instead of a software upgrade. this allows it to be removed or destroyed, and to work without putting something in the borg's inventory. Also fixed it, it was broken. Cyborg jetpack can now be installed on a wider array of borgs that have reason to go EVA: Crisis, security, engineering, construction (also the unused combat borg, incase that gets re-enabled)

Added alt-attack function to held items/weapons, triggered by holding alt while clicking. Opens a lot of future possibilities. Works for cyborgs too. Only trays use it right now.

Overhauled trays to be useful and not-broken. See changelog for specifics.

049c9f9b90 Smallcreatures (#380)
Most small animals can now be scooped up, including mice, lizards, chickens, chicks, kittens and walking mushrooms. All scoopable animals now have an individually appropriate size set, which determines whether they can fit in pockets/boxes/backpacks/trashbags, etc.

Small animals now have a density of zero, allowing them to move under people, or be walked over, without blocking the tile.

Scooped critters can now be petted or crushed while held in your hands, using help/harm intent.

Drones and nymphs can now be petted while not-held They are picked up by dragging them onto yourself.

Dead cats can be picked up.

Tabby cats now look correct when held in hand.Medical Records Laptops and Employment Records Consoles are no longer solid. Creatures that can walk on tables, can walk on them.

3df0610edd Fixed various instances of toxin being named phoron (#333)
* Fixed various instances of toxin being named phoron

These changes intended to reduce confusion, by fixing a few instances of
phoron being referred to as 'toxin', which i believe is a legacy
holdover from some bygone time.

*The biggest and most important change here, is that now when a mob
breathes a gas that's toxic to them, that gas is what's put into their
bloodstream, instead of the generic 'toxin'. This is so that blood tests
can actually be functional to find out what happened to the patient,
instead of only telling that the blood contained 'toxin'
*The toxin strength of phoron has been lowered to 4, so as not to make
people die any faster from phoron poisoning. This strength value only
affects it being injected into the blood, which is never done, or it
being inhaled.
*All references to 'Toxin' in Air Alarm interfaces have been changed to
phoron, they have always meant phoron only.
*In the core cooling computer, the abbreviation of phoron has been
changed from Tx to Ph

7dacaa28dd SQL Saving - Rewrite + Implenetation (#350)
Rewrite's Mahzel's SQL character and preference saving.
Introduces easy config switching between the new and old system, with no troubles at all.

Also introduces better logging for DBQuery/proc/parseArguments(), should something go wrong. And classes SQL query errors as full on error snow, as opposed to debug data.
