[Feature] Adds Chemlight's markings, tail, ears, and generic alts. (#4754)

## About The Pull Request
Adds in 2 tails, a new pair of tall ears, 2 tauric tails, and 3 sets of
markings. Primarily designed for Chemlight, but public use, with some
good parts that I'd think some people would love to use.

## Why It's Good For The Game

It adds more selections to the Taur list, with a highly requested model
that is of the quality standard of the codebase, which will impact in
the variety of characters in our community.

The generic alts of the tail and Taur are both really wonderful. The
taur has a custom made lay down sprite that's more then just
accordioning. The ears are generic, and fit canines quite happily. The
tail is a mix between the fox tail, with a split instead of a colored
tip. Which we don't have anything like as of yet. The belly trim marking
alone is wonderful on it's own, and the Chemlight and Chembright could
see some use for those who like how it looks on their character.
