First floor outpost had the brig sec locker (with batong).
In maintenance, repurposed two nothing-burger rooms. Added more
crate/maint loot spawners. Added a couple of decals and trash to some
maint rooms.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Feels a bit too empty for how big maintenance is.
