Replaces a few rocks on lavaland mining base with volcanic subtype (#93934)

## About The Pull Request
Replaces the highchance rocks on the public mining path to raptors pens
with correct subtype.

## Why It's Good For The Game
Stops spacewind and pressure damage occureing to public miners looking
to clear the way to the raptor pens, also no astroid turfs where there
shouldnt be.
