Fixes and adds more camera monitors to BoxStation (#1777)

## About The Pull Request

This fixes the telescreens on BoxStation that broke from upstream
changes. This also adds more Telescreens from upstream, such as the
Xenobio telescreen, Cargo, Disposal, and Bar telescreens.

This also finally fixes the telescreens in the brig that watch the
isolation cells that never worked, till now.

This also makes the bar match the theme from Ice Box Station.

telecomms
