Adds a new desk bell item, for sadists. (#67199)
It's entirely unrealistic that there isn't a way for customers to annoy the hell out of any workers they desire with the simple press of a button. Changelog cl Wallem add: Adds a desk bell, so you can let the service industry know how much you truly care about their hearing. /cl
