Small Starfury fixes (#74321)

## About The Pull Request
This PR fixes a couple small mapping errors on the Starfury (the big
syndicate ship)

fixes include:
Flooring under window
disposals piping errors
missing air alarm
air turfs under the engines (that are exposed to space)
