Releases some new genders (#1566)

## About The Pull Request
This PR adds Transmasc and Transfem to the list of available genders in
the Character Directory list, because sometimes you need to know the
body type

## Why It's Good For The Game
Enhances the ERP experience by differentiating between types of trans
