metastation cargo fixes (#87122)
## About The Pull Request -fixes random test tube racks in the hallways next to cargo -fixes a bunch of decals -fixes some item offsets -moves a table so you can actually push a crate into the medical chute without using the alt-menu or dismantling a table -removes random destination tagger on the floor of the new security outpost ## Why It's Good For The Game fixes ## Changelog 🆑 fix: fixed up Metastation's cargo delivery office. /🆑
