Removes built-in access reqs from certain airlocks (#66756)

Browse Source 
Prevents people from using those airlocks without also using mapping helpers. Prevents people from placing them down thinking they will work to limit access when they did not. Idiot-proofs the accesses in case someone goes through and does something with the access system later that makes them actually work and/or override the mapping helpers. Enables people to use those types of airlocks in other places without having to make subtypes for them.
