Some metastation map tweaks and plumbing tweaks (#92606)

Dorms bathroom is expanded by two tiles, so that the plumbing isn't in a

## Why It's Good For The Game

While sinks generate infinite water (slowy), we have a plumbing system
in place so having more kitchen/shower appliances that use water
connected to the system would not only fill them faster but would make
more sense aswell
