Simple bubber map upkeeping (#3720)
## About The Pull Request Aside from Box Station; Void Raptor, Kilo Station, and Biodome need a bit of more love. Therefore this PR gives the mentioned Bubber maps the upkeep they deserve. When this codebase merges with /tg/, we get a plethora of content, including content for stations. This PR aims to bring the additions from upstream to our unique stations. This also does not make any major layout or department changes for the stations. Below are the full list of changes: #### -Box Station, Void Raptor, Kilo Station, Biodome - Cold Room Plastic Flaps are given to the airlocks that contain cold rooms (i.e. Kitchen freezer, Medical freezer, Telecomms, Server room). These work the same as tiny fans in their place. - Proper surgical trays in surgery rooms and Coroner offices. - Lawyer fish containers are given to some offices and are now on tables. #### -Void Raptor, Kilo Station, Biodome - Bars are given fish mounts to show off your latest catch. - Captain Cast camera and green screen are in every Captain's Quarters. - Departmental Cargo consoles are less awkward with the disappearance of the cargo chat console. #### -Biodome - Fixed telescreen cameras being offset. #### -Box Station - Fixed Warehouse lighting. ## Why It's Good For The Game someone had to do it. ## Proof Of Testing <details> <summary>Screenshots/Videos</summary> kilo station with green  void raptor flappy  box station bright  </details> ## Changelog 🆑 map: Kilo Station, Box Station, Void Raptor, and Biodome are now up to date with upstream's (/tg/) mapping additions. /🆑
