QOL and fix for CatwalkStation (#96489)

## About The Pull Request
Changes reinforced glass windows to reinforced plasma glass windows in
Atmos and Ordnance (so the gas turbine can be operated without breaching
the atmos main room).
Adds quality of life objects to the HFR Room (Adds three Thermomachines,
one plasma canister).
Changes where tested and solve the issues.

PR was originally made for Bubberstation, I was redirected to make the
changes Upstream.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Catwalk Station is a station that many people dislike because of various
reasons.
One reason I found was how prone Atmos was for dammages that lead to
round influencing issues.
Features like the Gas Turbine where not usable, since the vent areas
cause the reinforced glass in the Atmos filter and mix room to break,
potentially leaking superheated plasma and tritium into it.

My Changes fix the issue of exploding windows and add a needed layer of
protection for basic operation in atmos.
For the Ordnance lab the replacement of the windows leads to more
safety, since small mess ups can lead to cause damage to the
Science-Engineering Hallway and arrivals.

The additions to the HFR Room allow for quicker setup of the HFR and are
intended to encourage Engineers to work with the HFR, giving more
quality and enjoyment in playing on Cakewalk.
The Thermomachines and Plasma Canister allow for the construction of a
safe cooling loop
