Fixes broken animated icons of Emag & Doorjack (#84636)

## About The Pull Request
#84442 only updated a single frame of these, so it looked very broken as
it flashed back to the old card

While touching it up, I tweaked two small things:
- Brought back the straps to the emag and broken gold ends (this can be
re-removed at maintainer request, I just think it makes it look more
hacky, juryrigged, and dangerous)

- Touches up the animated lights. The doorjack lights are now unique and
cleaner, to represent it bypassing access instead of just frying
anything it touches.
