## About The Pull Request
Adds a couple really expensive shuttles.
- The gold version of Oh Hi Daniel, being a joke and expensive but not
nearly as expensive as
- The Vigilante, a long-range syndicate transport shuttle with a cosy
layout and also some mobs and a sentience balloon. (Also contains a
unique weapon)
- The Millionaire Shuttle, a very gold shuttle that's supposed to feel
fancy, and also it has some silly custom items.
Also adds a "medical bay" pod to the cluster of escape pods, along with
making it require an emagged console.
Also reduces the breacher's price considering that in hindsight it's not
_that_ good of a shuttle.
## Why It's Good For The Game
The last time I made some shuttles people kinda liked them, so I decided
to make a couple more.
## Proof Of Testing
Shuttles are able to be bought and they work just fine. StrongDMM

This PR adds two plushies inspired from the hit game: Casualties Unknown
(Formerly "Scav: Prototype"). The sprites are originally from Wizden
SS14 and shares an appearance in its [own
game](https://scavprototype.wiki.gg/wiki/Plushie). Possibly confirming
shared universes??
Each Plush can be worn as a hat, have emissive eyes when worn, have
inhand sprites and are all very adorable.
Shout out to Orsoniks (rivey0 on discord) for the original spritework.
And nevimer for the code help.

## About The Pull Request
I have added a new plushie to the game, for Aeri, with custom rubber
sounds. It's the Interdimensional Terrorist Plushie, a toy of
questionable origins with even more questionable uses (that is, as a
lewd item). For this reason, it's treated by the code as one. It has a
clothed and a 'naked' mode. When clothed, it's treated as a regular
plush, when naked, it can be used as a fleshlight. It will however be
hidden if you have erp toys set to off. It can be either bought in the
lustwish vending machine, or in the loadout menu (in the lewd toys
section, not the plush section)
Oh, and it also has a special suicide action, summoning a BSA smite on
your location. The suicide verb is off on our server, so I figured it
would be a funny addition.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Bubberstation has a terrible lack of rubber dolls, doesn't it?

## About The Pull Request
Due to how we reverted the virosec standard, it was removed. This
re-adds virosec gear as an additional outfit people can wear and equip.
(Due to my limitations I was unable to get the seclite helmet sprites
working, if you know how feel free to review and let me know how)
This PR also removes duplicate bags that did not have a texture, and
equals out the stock of the secvend to 6 for every item.
accidentally also fixes a missing civHUD in the HOP's garment bag
## Why It's Good For The Game
more drip is very godo, and a lot of the stuff that existed was good.
The main issue we had was that it was the only option. The revert and
addition allows more options for players.

## About The Pull Request
It got nerfed due to stacking damage with the AOE kit which was the real
issue. The actual pellets themselves doing 20 damage was not the issue.
It can no longer hold the AOE kit. Thus it's reasonable to be at 20 to
prevent it from being actually useless
also less damage with the traitor modkit to prevent super fast 2shots

## About The Pull Request
Adds a reagent that lets you remove c4 stuck to people. It can be made
by mixing Space Lube, Space Cleaner, and Drying Reagent together and
spraying it on someone. Note that this does not defuse the c4.
You can no longer attach more than one stick of c4 on someone.
## Why It's Good For The Game
There is actually no way to remove c4 from people once it is applied.
Once it's on someone, the only way to get it off is for it to be
detonated. Now you might be thinking that it might be possible via
surgery or other nonsense, but no. Literally what happens in the code is
that the c4 gets moved to nullspace (inaccessible) and then the c4
creates the explosion on the thing it's attached to.
With absurdly long c4 timers existing, you can have a c4 attached for
very long periods of time, which isn't really fun when you probably want
to do other things.

## About The Pull Request
Protokinetic accelerators (PKAs) modkits were never balanced to fire
multiple kinetic shots at once. This overlook from our unique
alternative PKAs made it so some of them outshine all other tools. The
shockwave was recently fixed, but the shotgun (which has the exact same
problem) was forgotten.
What makes the ability to fire multiple blast at once so dreadful is
that the explosion modkit (balanced for one projectile) uses each
pellets to create an explosion, meaning that each pellet becomes a 3x3
aoe.
Here's a demonstration of how broken it is:
**Clearing a legion tendril like it's nothing**

**Clearing a watcher tendril like it's nothing**

**Two goliaths that looked at me**

This by itself renders vent mining a joke, and brings the same problem
the shockwave did (clearing lavaland in under 30mins solo)
Another thing that wasn't considered, is that by pointblanking someone,
the 3 kinetic pellets are a guaranteed hit. This means that by having a
shotgun and equipping it with a damage modkit and a traitor modkit (1
for 5tc) you get this funny result:

This is 50 damage.
Now if we get a bit spicier by getting another shotgun with the same
setup (you can buy another traitor modkit for 5tc) and by doing the
minimal item swapping, you get...

Which is 100 damage in less than one second from a weapon that has 3
tiles reach, can be mounted with explosive modkit for even less chances
of missing. Two normal PKAs with the same mods do half of that
My solution to that is to give it the same treatment the shockwave got,
and to nerf the mod capacity so that you cannot shove 1 damage mod and 1
traitor mod at the same time, which is better than just deleting it.
This bring the mod capacity to 60 (the railgun gets 15)
## Why It's Good For The Game
Having a tool that outshine all others is bad, mining is not supposed to
be a walk in the park. With this PR, the PKA shotgun still can
pointblank for three guaranteed hit + get two damage mods for a serious
punch, which makes it still a decent gimmick.

## About The Pull Request
Tweaks the alt-PKA damage values to accomodate for the fact some of them
fire in special ways, or fire more projectiles
The shockwave is now no longer able to fit any variant of an AOE mod, to
stop people from one-shotting everything,
The shotgun damage has been reduced as well, making up for the fact it

this added in the future.

## About The Pull Request
Adds a new Fermi chemical, plushmium! This chemical can be poured on a
plush to make it eerily lifelike... Which makes the next person who hugs
it in for a surprise consciousness transference (provided they consent
OOCly via a TGUI popup). This PR also adds cursed plushes, known as
plushlings. While they may look like your average plush, they are known
for their aggressive temperament towards you and other plushes.
**You use the plushmium by splashing it on a plush by right-clicking a
bottle full of plushmium on a plush while on harm intent.**
Plushmium is created with the following reagents:
- Strange Reagent (2 parts)
- Happiness (1 parts)
- Blood (1 parts)
- Laughter (1 parts)
You then must heat it to the optimal temperature: 533K
Keep it between 2 and 5 pH and you will start to create plushmium!
LustWish has also added a single bottle of plushmium in their contraband
section for those who do not feel like asking a chemist.
## Why It's Good For The Game
It is a silly PR allowing for people to RP as living plushies, and gives
some life, literally, to an object that we have oh so many of, and while
I am not personally into it and lewd mechanical interactions do not work
with them and are not planned, but this also allows for and adds more
_spicy_ interactions with plushies if people happen to be into that.

## About This Product
This fine investment is presented to you by [NAME REMOVED] Co. Due to
the disheartening lack of recognition for ethereals across all of the
plush selection on Nanotrasen stations, we've decided to do something
about it. With 3% going to charity ~~plushies, NOT profits from sales~~
and the ~~utter indifference~~ great sorrow demonstrated by an anonymous
ethereal crewmember, o a private investor has managed to tap into
Sprout's greatest resource - it's unique culture.
## Why It's Good For The Game
OOC'ly, while it IS pretty much "ADD MY OC I SPRITED HIM MYSELF", I
think it's neat to have an ethereal plushie when we have 10+ variants of
moth plushies and 0 of those. Lorewise, we don't have ethereal lore so
by default it seems we're on TG's uplifting? Which is lightheartedly
poked fun at since they got screwed over by NT and now are getting made
into MARKETABLE PLUSHIES!
Either way, some things to note:

# About The Pull Request
This PR aims to put the some of the feature set I originally intended
research borgs to have and some quality of life things.
It also includes some small changes for some other modules mostly small
things such as removing names already being defined twice and it moves
some mining borg items into the proper mining borg tech web.
Also research borgs now have their own tech web instead of relying off
other techwebs.
### This PR adds these items to research borgs:
- robotics RCD with proper functionality to fix synths. (Upgrade item
only! Does not allow decon or construction!)
### This PR changes a few grippers:
- Research borg circuit gripper now allows full assembly use
- Research borg Illegal gripper now allows upgrades to be preformed on
other cyborgs (Only obtainable via emag or illegal upgrades!)
## Why It's Good For The Game
I made this PR to allow research cyborgs to have more expanded use for
what their intended purpose is which in my eyes is a support role
allowing them to build machines and gadgets that science builds wile
also preforming some basic tasks, and when malfunctioning becoming a
reliable back bone to the silicons or their subversive for repairs or
upgrades with some of these tasks taking longer than robotics preforming
such tasks.
Other cyborg changes were done to clean up and are some small quality of
life changes that I think I was suggested and research borgs get their
own tech web now because they should of had one in the first place but
for some reason I never made it one.
I've been holding off on this PR for a few months and in that time I've
been deciding if it would be worth to finish it or not and the more I
look and see how things are actually used and the state of research
borgs are in it makes me wonder if players who brought up some of the
original features, I intended this borg module to have, were complaining
out of bad faith or were worried bad faith players would exploit this,
and my response is if players are going to use these items intended for
the research department are used for bad faith as borg, what makes one
think they won't just as a non borg.

## About The Pull Request
Updates the safe tree to use a proper blacklist instead of being boring
and just giving bloodthirsty spacemen and women toys... They were good
all year, they crave violence. This replaces the round start Christmas
trees with the safe trees, which no longer only give out toys, but also
no longer give out admin/debug gear. A compromise for all, just in time
for Christmas!
The Christmas event present spawns have all been replaced with the safe
variants that utilize the blacklist, the other means of acquiring
presents have been left untouched.
## Why It's Good For The Game
People not getting admin tools out of Christmas presents and causing
headaches for staff is probably good for the game, maybe.

## About The Pull Request
Adds new storage item, larger then regular duffel bags but smaller then
bags of holding (can't hold large items either), it doesn't have zipper
mechanic, nor does it slow down the user in any way (it's duffel bag in
name only while being a large backpack).
It's crafted with 4 leather and 2 metal hydrogen.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Metal hydrogen, while cool material, doesn't have many uses that aren't
combat oriented, elder atmos armor and crossbow bolts are the main thing
it's used on. Adding utility item to the mix gives atmosians extra
reason to invest time into making metal hydro, bags are also something
they can safely hand out to crew to benefit of all.
Bags of holding still have the advantage of being able to store gigantic
class items so science should still have reason to refine anoms to make
them, atmosian bag meanwhile is worse but easier to mass produce for the
crew.

This PR is almost done. When it is done, it should probably be
testmerged in case shit goes wrong. You should NOT testmerge this after
Moonstation is selected for a map, as it will fuck everything up.

## About The Pull Request
Updates Moonstation based on feedback. The following has been changed:
### Major Features
- Adds Loop Station, a new station in space that's a part of Moon
Station that allows you to go space exploring. It can be accessed via
gateway, teleporter, or public shuttle at the station's arrivals.
- There are 4 levels of space ruins you can explore. This is 2 lower
than the default 6.
- Adds underground and above ground rivers to Moonstation. You can fish
in these rivers.
- You can now construct shuttles on Moonstation and fly them anywhere
where there is a gigabeacon present. By default, Loop Station has one
gigabeacon.
### Minor Features
- Adds unused Skyrat ore veins to underground moonstation caves.
- Makes the area below atmos into a shuttle construction area.
- Adds a new public shuttle area at the station's arrivals that leads to
Loop Station.
### Minor additions.
- Adds some missing escape pod signs to areas leading to pods.
- Adds missing secondary entrance to chemistry.
- Adds some additional medical items to Security Medical.
### Changes
- Expands the size of the incinerator.
- Swaps the Plasma Tank with the CO2 tank in Atmos and re-pipes the pure
loop so that atmos can mix plasma better into projects.
- Removes duplicate medal boxes that heads/captains had, as these are
always spawned in lockers.
### Fixes
- Fixes missing Moonstation openspace cliffs.
- Fixes misplaced vents in Virology.
- Fixes missing wiki/tutorial books in various departments.
- Fixes missing bluespace gas tank vendors in EVA related
departments/areas.
- Fixes missing action figures in various departments/areas.
- Fixes brig desk shutters starting closed.
- Fixes various missing informative papers in certain areas.
- Fixes Ash Storms not running in Lavaland.
- Fixes Ash Storms and Sand Storms running in the underground cave area.

## Why It's Good For The Game
He does more than just squish all over you now.
Honestly i wanted to make him have a chance to pop out an egg when
squeezed, but thats a bit too complex for me stilll, pretty sure i lost

more attack verbs for now.
