## About The Pull Request
Changes the Regal Condor to be less absolutely broken. Changes are as
follows:
- Damage multiplier on the gun: 1.25 -> 1.00 (effective damage from 62.5
-> 50)
- Armour Penetration: 40 -> 30
- Projectile Speed: Hitscan -> 1.75 (a bit faster than average)
- Crafting recipe for the gun has been altered: Requires a parts kit
purchasable from an uplink instead of 4tc directly where said kit costs
4tc and cannot be discounted, along with being restricted to higher
player numbers.
- Crafting recipe for the magazines has been tweaked, now requiring a
telecrystal per each additional magazine you want to make.
- To compensate for the exclusivity of the parts kit, a
credit-purchasable one has been made available to the persistence.
## Why It's Good For The Game
The regal condor is a ridiculously broken gun and was fortunately not
used to it's full potential up until recently, where it became very
obvious that it's current state was unacceptable.
## Proof Of Testing
Recipe works as intended, and the condor's projectile and damage has
successfully changed. The required item is available in the uplink and
the percy express console. Actual validation for the uplink restrictions
will require live testing, unfortunately.
## Changelog
🆑
balance: Nerfed the Condor's damage performance, and tweaked it's
recipe.

## About The Pull Request
Title.
Lycans gain an ability that gives them a claw item that deals slightly
increased damage in combat, is slower, and deals extra damage to
structures.
Note while this does partially counter chairs, its only partial, because
this mode is less effective in overall combat and is mostly for breaking
shit.
Pacifism suppresses this mode, to give some counterplay once you catch
the lycan. (Pacificiation makes them containable)
<!-- Describe The Pull Request. Please be sure every change is

<!-- Please make sure to actually test your PRs. If you have not tested

## Why It's Good For The Game
Further leans into the garou powerfantasy. Every time I played lycan I
realized it had little utility outside combat (and even then you have
NOTHING for silicons). This gives you a massively damaging anti-object
ability and should give ways to function and DO things while in lycan
form that youd usually need tools for.
<!-- Argue for the merits of your changes and how they benefit the game,

## About The Pull Request
Title.
The Lycanthropy booster makes the cursekin's lycan form claws deal 27
damage (near-esword levels) and also miss far less. Additionally, the
lycan gets 30% damage reduction, baton resistance, slowdown immunity,
and aggressive healing.
10 TC nominally.
Silver reagent weapons now deal 3x damge to lycans.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Lycan form is really underwhelming, but you cant really buff it without
making cursekin overpowered. Thus, my solution: A traitor item.
It is _very_ powerful, it cant be denied, and the TC price and specifics
are up for debate. I really, really want to live through my garou power
fantasy though, so I think its great if it remains very powerful
(regeneration and slowdown resistance are core features).
The regeneration is weak to fire and toxin, so lasers are your go-to
counter for boosted lycans.
**I would add** that despite the buffs this gives the form, its still
not incredibly good. No equipment, no guns... its a pure juggernaut
form, and thats all it can do.
Silver weapon weakness adds a counter to this, as well as adding more
flavor to lycan.

## Why It's Good For The Game
Borers are an unmaintained antagonist, they need a ton of work to bring
them into an acceptable or balanced state. Something something "Improve,
don't remove", but if leaving these enabled as-is causes a lot of
headache and disruption considering how outdated they are.
As it stands now, they can give themselves free respawns by hiding eggs,
act as free stimulant machines, dump infinite death chems into people at
a moments notice, develop immunity to their primary weakness, and gain
stupid amounts of health.
If a borer is bored or hates you, enjoy getting brain damage and organ
failure while they pump an endless slurry of chemicals in your body
until they get yanked out by an overworked medbay. It's not fun being
taken out of a round for 30 minutes because something click-dragged
itself into you while you were stunned by a sec officer or slipped on a
tile of water. It's even less fun when they can do it again the moment
you leave medbay because there was an egg stored somewhere.
## Proof Of Testing
This is one of those things that can't really be tested locally, I don't
think, but it's just a numbers change and I read the datums so I knew to
change minimum player counts instead of weights.

## About The Pull Request
All items with limited stock or discount limited stock have their
discount limited stock set to 1.
This mostly affects spammy items, like explosives.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Prevents players from buying a ton of explosives and using them for the

encourages them to do nothing until they time-unlock the item, and also

## Why It's Good For The Game
Traitor, on bubber/skyrat, has had 25tc for quite some time. In part
this was due to our lack of progtot (which our upstream has since gotten
rid of and restored to the flat 20), and in other parts due to traitor
being quite weak compared to security at its prime. But truth be told,
5tc/25% is a LOT more than it seems.
This inflated amount of currency allows for quite a few combos which are
less than fun to fight against. The many scarp + (something else) combos
are some of the major examples. Whilst it's a major problem player in
the economy, it is not worth being the sole balancing factor for
cost.Discounts DO impact this, if you get lucky, you can snowball even
further due to this, however, it's a mere symptom of the problem, as
opposed to the root cause. The raised cost cap does allow for more
nonsense. For example, if you get an esword + ebow + noslips, that's
18tc. Under normal, no-discount scenarios, this would prevent you from
also getting armor. However, with the raised amount of TC we have, this
allows for you also get an infiltrator mod. A full 50% damage reduction.
This SIGNIFICANTLY increases your survivability.
While yes, in theory, you could balance the costs of EVERY single item
to work with the raised limit, this would be quite the effort to
actively maintain, especially with how our upstream does regularly
change/add stuff that is within the realm of traitor's gear. This change
will prevent some of the more ridiculous goings-on, traitor has plenty
good stuff even without that extra 5.
Also skyrat guns are confirmed to be going when maintainers review the
PR so both sides lose power.

## About The Pull Request
Adds a few of the clown operative items to regular clown traitors such
as.
Clown Combat Shoes. 3 TC. Just no-slip clown shoes, slightly armored. As
such they cost 3 tc intead of 2.
Bananium Energy Sword 3 TC. Just the bananium energy sword, just ported
over from the clown op uplink.
Bananium Shield 16 TC. The bananium shield, also just ported over from
the clown op uplink. May need price changes.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Just adding more clown traitor items, since clown ops are basically just
admin spawned, and the items added aren't super destructive. Primarily
just allowing you to also benefit from the increased speed and "HONK"
power provided by the shoes or become a prime grade slipper.
## Proof Of Testing

Tested on a localhost, Clown Traitors have access to the items and
clown-op uplinks remain unchanged.
