RoxyandGitHub 50e64581e9 Fix our screwdriver/wirecutter sprites (#3980) 
## About The Pull Request

Properly override GAGS completely in our screwdriver/wirecutter subtypes
so it doesn't try to change the icon state

## Why It's Good For The Game

Fixes #3976
