## About The Pull Request
Closes#93635
`unique_reskin` is no longer a list on `/item`, now `/datum/atom_skin`
The actual reskinning behavior has been moved out to
`/datum/component/reskinable_item`
PKC reskinning is now handled via alt-click reskin, rather than via the
retooling kit. The retooling kit has been removed.
There's no limit on how many times you can reskin your PKC (though
perhaps we limit it to one reskin and keep the retooling kit as a way to
allow a miner to reskin it a second time?)
The Ashen Skull unique reskin is still a trophy, and instead unlocks its
unique reskin option in the alt-click radial.
## Why It's Good For The Game
I'm unsure why the retooling kit exists on its own, when it's relatively
cheap and just performs the behavior of alt-click reskinning.
So to keep it consistent with all other forms of reskinning I've just
made it baseline. To accomplish that I refactored reskinning.
The new form of reskinning allows for greater potential in adding
reskins, allowing far more than just an icon state change. Also we can
put it on turfs and mobs and structures now which is cool I guess
There's also the added benefit of being able to see an item's reskins
without needing to instantiate it, which the loadout menu uses to great
effect.
## Changelog

oddities with that
del: Deleted the crusher retool kit, now you can just reskin your
crusher with alt-click. The Skull skin is still locked behind having the
Ashen Skull trophy applied.
fix: Stunswords no longer have an incorrect lore blurb
fix: Fixed loadout item reskinning's UI

Adds a few defines for money symbols to make it easier to rework types
of money.
If yall are for this I can also go through and find and replace a ton of
strings and other tgui with these, but dont want to sink 2 much time

## About The Pull Request
Makes slime potions, injector, and cookies use item_interaction.
generizices behavoir that potions typed under
`obj/item/slimepotion/slime/` only affect slimes, moves the handful of
potions that did not do that out of that type.
removed a random type casting for slime cookies to verify there human
before it checks for `TRAIT_AGEUSIA` as there is no reason other mobs
wouldn't be able to taste it.
do to the refactor you wont "bash" a lot of items if the interaction
fails.

## About The Pull Request
Merges sword, harpoon, glaive and dagger crusher retools into a single
item which allows you to pick the skin you want upon being applied to a
crusher by converting crusher skins into datums.
I've also improved sprites for all skins and redid the retool kit
itself, as well as gave dagger and blaster unique animations - you swing
with a dagger for normal attacks, stab to rupture the mark, and firing a
shot point-blank does a stabbing animation with the blaster.

https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/2d243daf-f1d8-48bf-a661-8a9ac990837c
(Apologies for lack of robust gameplay, I was trying to show the
animations, not kill the goliath)
The harpoon crusher skin now does stabbing animation instead of slashing
one, and I've also fixed animations playing incorrectly when attacking
large mobs/objects
## Why It's Good For The Game
Having multiple items for reskinning crushers feels clunky, and unique
animations are just something that makes sense. Having a swinging
animation for both dagger and blaster looked odd, as you'd probably only
swing one of them at the opponent, so I decided to spice them up.

## About The Pull Request
- All mentions of "express" have been renamed to "autodelivery"
- Autodelivering goods now comes with transit time. Mining console gets
30 seconds, the chef console gets 2 minutes
- Golem ordering remains the same as before. Forced autodelivery skips
any kind of transit time.
## Why It's Good For The Game
So this has been in the game for awhile, and I think it's a positive
element. But I think I messed up with the balance between the two
choices, because it's clearly far better to autodeliver and eat the
cost. I could change every other factor, and the only relevant one would
be the fact that express delivery instantly gives you what you want,
while the other option doesn't.
This change is meant to replicate the time you'd have to wait for cargo.
It may remain quicker than regular orders, but any amount of delay on
getting what you ordered is going to make the other delay (that comes
with discounts, and kickbacks, etc) more appealing to the orderee.
Ideally, if cargo is active, it should be a no-brainer to run a regular
order instead of express. Not sure if this does that without testing,
but it brings us closer.
I decided to make the delay far less for the mining console, mostly
because of distance to cargo and the cooldown also already mostly
removed.
## Changelog

**READY-DONK'S BACK!!**

Gives a (sorely needed) new lick of paint to Ready-Donk. The sprites are
based off of the import vendor trays from Skyrat
(https://github.com/Skyrat-SS13/Skyrat-tg/pull/16215), originally by
Paxilmaniac, and I think they really help nail the microplastic-laden
ready meal aesthetic that Ready-Donk was always meant to embody.
As a fun extra, I also threw together some sprites for some TV dinner
classics, Salisbury Steak and Country-Fried Chicken, and figured I might
as well go the extra mile and actually add them in.
## Why It's Good For The Game
More Ready-Donks means more sodium for the crew, and more sodium equals
more gooder.
Also, if I'm being honest with myself and with everyone else, the
current crop of sprites for Ready-Donk never really captured the feel I
was aiming for with them; this new set is both generally better (I
think, anyway) and actually looks like what it's meant to be.

## About The Pull Request
Currently to check for Silicon access, we do:
``if is silicon or is admin ghost or has unlimited silicon privileges or
has machine remote in hand``
What has unlimited silicon privileges? Bots, Drones, and admin ghosts.
To check for AI access, it just checks for AI instead of silicon, and
doesnt check for unlimited silicon privileges.
This was kinda silly, so I thought I should make this a little easier to
understand.
Now all silicon/ai traits come from ``AI_ACCESS_TRAIT`` or
``SILICON_ACCESS_TRAIT``. I made a single exception to keep Admin ghost,
since now instead of being a var on the client, we moved it to using the
same trait but giving it to the client instead, but since we have to
keep parity with previous functionality (admins can spawn in and not
have this on, it only works while as a ghost), I kept previous checks as
well.
No more type checks, removes a silly var on the mob level and another on
the client.
Now while I was doing this, I found a lot of tgui's ``ui_act`` still
uses ``usr`` and the wrong args, so I fixed those wherever I saw them,
and used a mass replace for the args.
Other changes:
- machinery's ``ui_act`` from
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/81250 had ``isAI`` replaced
with ``HAS_AI_ACCESS``, this has been reverted. Machine wands and admin
ghosts no longer get kicked off things not on cameras. This was my
fault, I overlooked this when adding Human AI.
- Human AI's wand gives AI control as long as it's in your hand, you can
swap to your offhand. I hope this doesn't end up going horribly,
otherwise I'll revert this part. It should let human AIs not have their
UI closed on them when swapping to eat food or use their door wand or
whatnot.
- Bots previously had special checks to scan reagents and be
unobservant, I replaced this with giving them the trait. I also fixed an
instance of unobservant not being used, so now statues don't affect the
basic creature, whatever that is.
## Why It's Good For The Game
This is an easier to understand way of handling silicon access and makes
these mobs more consistent between eachother.
Other than what I've mentioned above, this should have no impact on
gameplay itself.
