## About The Pull Request
The overall behaviour of everything should stay the same but the memory
& speed of these components has been slightly improved and when you
scale that across large plumbing factories you get a substantial
improvement. Here's a list of the most noticeable changes along with
many others that aren't worth mentioning
- Removed vars `use_overlays`, `turn_connects`,
`recipient_reagents_holder`
- `active` var is now replaced with a proc which simply returns is the
machine wrenched or not
- `turn_connects` has been removed because all machines have their pipes
rotate when the machine is rotated. This also removed all the static
icon states ending with `-s` from the `dmi` file thus reducing that file
size as well
- `extend_pipe_to_edge` var is directly integrated into `cut_overlays()`
because it's use cases were limited such for showers & sinks
- Simplified `Initialize()` a lot. Removed params `start`,
`turn_connects`, `custom_receiver`, `extend_pipe_to_edge`. We now only
pass `bolt_layer` making that proc faster & less convoluted
- Replaced `set_recipient_reagents_holder()` proc with
`recipient_reagents_holder()` which returns the reagent holder for
holding reagents instead of storing it in the component. This removes
the need to hook a qdel signal on the holder & we don't need to keep
track of it
- Merged a ton of procs to reduce overhead & reduce file size
- Plumbing ducts creating the network at mapload is faster without using
recursion and the timer subsystem
- Deconstructing plumbing ducts is faster in reconstructing the network
without using recursion and the timer subsystem
This makes managing plumbing code less convoluted & overall better for
the foreseeable future. See the lines of code removed vs added and still
preserves behaviour

## About The Pull Request
Currently to check for Silicon access, we do:
``if is silicon or is admin ghost or has unlimited silicon privileges or
has machine remote in hand``
What has unlimited silicon privileges? Bots, Drones, and admin ghosts.
To check for AI access, it just checks for AI instead of silicon, and
doesnt check for unlimited silicon privileges.
This was kinda silly, so I thought I should make this a little easier to
understand.
Now all silicon/ai traits come from ``AI_ACCESS_TRAIT`` or
``SILICON_ACCESS_TRAIT``. I made a single exception to keep Admin ghost,
since now instead of being a var on the client, we moved it to using the
same trait but giving it to the client instead, but since we have to
keep parity with previous functionality (admins can spawn in and not
have this on, it only works while as a ghost), I kept previous checks as
well.
No more type checks, removes a silly var on the mob level and another on
the client.
Now while I was doing this, I found a lot of tgui's ``ui_act`` still
uses ``usr`` and the wrong args, so I fixed those wherever I saw them,
and used a mass replace for the args.
Other changes:
- machinery's ``ui_act`` from
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/81250 had ``isAI`` replaced
with ``HAS_AI_ACCESS``, this has been reverted. Machine wands and admin
ghosts no longer get kicked off things not on cameras. This was my
fault, I overlooked this when adding Human AI.
- Human AI's wand gives AI control as long as it's in your hand, you can
swap to your offhand. I hope this doesn't end up going horribly,
otherwise I'll revert this part. It should let human AIs not have their
UI closed on them when swapping to eat food or use their door wand or
whatnot.
- Bots previously had special checks to scan reagents and be
unobservant, I replaced this with giving them the trait. I also fixed an
instance of unobservant not being used, so now statues don't affect the
basic creature, whatever that is.
## Why It's Good For The Game
This is an easier to understand way of handling silicon access and makes
these mobs more consistent between eachother.
Other than what I've mentioned above, this should have no impact on
gameplay itself.

## About The Pull Request
- Plumbing machinery begins processing only when wrenched & ends
processing when unwrenched. The machines plumbing component
`/datum/component/plumbing/process()` already does this but the
underlying machines processing proc for e.g.
`/obj/machinery/plumbing/synthesizer/process()` is always processing
regardless of its wrenched state or not. We can optimize this & save
power when unwrenched
- Fixes#82621. This adds plumbing machines `idle_power_usage` on top of
its `active_power_usage` ensuring it only uses power when actively doing
work, So if your factory is say full of reagents & cannot do any more
work it will use less energy i.e almost enter an stand by mode,
efficiency
- Plumbing grinder chemical will grinds & juice stuff correctly i.e.
prefer grinding over juicing most of the time

## About The Pull Request
- Removed the `category` var from all plumbing machinery, now all the
designs are organized by category in a single static list(1 list for
each plumbing rcd type). This makes it easy to add new designs to 1 list
in the future and since the list is static memory is saved when multiple
plumbing RCDs are made in game
- Removed redundant `machinery_data` list. This list simply stored the
cost of designs from the `plumbing_designs` list. Rather than wasting
memory with this list we can derive the cost from `plumbing_designs`
list ourselves
- Removed unused list `choices`. No idea what that did back then
- When low on ammo the plumbing RCD would display multiple balloon
alerts. That's fixed now
- Made the icon sizes of designs in the UI slightly smaller so they
don't clip and look blurry

**About the pull request**
Radial menu's replaced with TGUI window for all plumbing RCD's
https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/110812394/204481973-8f6d62c0-9288-4165-bce7-ee8bfec95bee.mp4
**Why it's good for the game**
**1. Faster Navigation**
- Old System: It had 3 radial menus'
->To select type of device to build
->To select the colour of fluid ducts
->To select the layer of devices
3 menus for one system makes navigation between them annoying for e.g.:
to create a red fluid duct of layer 5 you have to open all these 3 menus
& cycling through the radial menu by clicking the next button is time
consuming when you have a large number of items
- New System: with just one window open it's as simple as 3 clicks and
your done just like the RPD
**2. Always available**
- Old System: When you select an option inside a radial menu the menu
closes so you have to reopen it again to change a setting
- New System: open the window drag it to the side and it will always be
there for you
**3. Just easier for our eyes**
- Old System: Moving my eyes in a circle across the menu only to find
out i have to click Next and circle my eyes again honestly makes my head
spin
- New System: The menu options are small enough to be viewed all at once
& helps me see what I need more easily
**4. Consistency**
Both the RPD & plumbing all have similar concepts i.e., pipes, devices,
layers & colours it only makes sense they should have similar
interfaces. Also categorizing the items into tabs can help with
explaining what each item does
**Conclusion**
Just because the radial menu looks attractive shouldn't mean it must be
used everywhere, it only makes sense to use it when the number of
options of an item is small enough to be displayed on the screen all at
once for e.g., modules in a Mod suit. If the user has to click the next
button to cycle through the item's, it defeats the purpose of the radial
menu and makes the user work more to find his settings
**Side Note :** removed unused code in RapidPipeDispenser.js
**ChangeLog**
🆑
add: plumbing constructor TGUI, just like Rapid Pipe Dispensers
del: plumbing constructor radials
code: categories for each item

Adds a multilayer plumbing manifold, I also murdered the multilayer duct
You can now alt-click the plumbing RCD to change the layer it prints. I made a whole thing where right clicking changed the settings and you could use that to change machinery aswell. I even did that with the plunger, it was absolutely beautiful. Anyway that drained the life out of me because apparently there's no attack_obj_secondary and afterattack_secondary ALSO called attack_obj (left click). I just hate whoever made it with intensity
Plumbing now uses three layers. They should be easier to navigate. I tried to make layer connecting the same as cross-color connecting, but that would take more of my soul then there is to take
All ui_act procs should call parent by default. All procs should preserve the value of the parent proc when it's TRUTHY and pass it down the call stack. No UI should be interactible when its flags or state indicate it should not be, except when explicity overriden by child procs intentionally disregarding parent return values to achieve a specific goal.

add: Plumbing equipment is now available through the medical protolathe. It's under medical machinery boards
add: Add's a new chemistry area on metastation for chemical factories. It's located left of main surgery.
tweak: Chemistry has been turned into the Apothecary. It's basically normal chemistry, but Medical Doctors have acces aswell.
tweak: The smoke machine is now plumbing compatible. Put this knowledge to good use.
sprite: Thanks to @CRITAWAKETS for the plumbing RCD sprite!

Finally adds plumbing to the game!
Chemistry has been turned into the apothecary. For all intents and purposes it's old chem, but doctors have acces.
West of main surgery is now the new chemistry factory area.
I've also had to move stuff around alot, because you can't just add a big new room without having stuff in the way.
Currently only on metastation. I'm completely drained from adding it to meta alone and doing all maps right now will burn me out.
* chemical splitters
* adds the pill press
also removes a debug variable from the splitter used for getting the perfect ui size
* chem disposer
* half a reaction chamber
i forgot to fucking merge upstream so I cant do anything without making ungodly conflicts
* wip
* more work on the reaction chamber
* fixes big brain maths
* removes one / because travis is throwing a shitfit
