f87da5939a Making nutrition level values into defines.
Adding a changelog.
Snack vending machine's chef compartment is locked with kitchen access but can be emagged or hacked.
Adding feedback message for the user when its metabolism_efficiency changes.
Negative satiety can make you jitter a little bit at times. (probability linked to your satiety)

7bd9b86652 Changes the hunger system in various ways. New hunger hud icons. Food w/o sugar can be loaded in snack vending machines by anyone. Adding two new var for mobs "satiety" and "metabolism efficiency". Rearranging datum/reagents, all "good" medical reagents are under datum/reagent/medicine/ and all food&drink reagents are under datum/reagent/consumable. Adding a pizza crate to cargo orders. Growns and cooked food are given vitamins while junk food are all given sugar. Removed some unnecessary code in Chemistry-Reagents.dm .
high satiety+fed = higher metabolism_efficiency, lower if starving. Sugar digested drains satiety and vitamin raises satiety. Negative satiety means faster nutrition drop. Positive high satiety means lower chance to spread viruses. metabolism efficiency affect metabolization speed of healing and damaging reagents and the efficiency of bodytemp stabilization via calory use.

3e97e935af /datum/atom_hud (Passive HUDs) bugfixes
Moves antag_hud image and datum to mind instead of mob.

Fixes mobs keeping data HUDs after transfer_to().
Fixes gibbed bodies losing their antag HUDs.
Fixes the data hud disappearing when dropping unrelated HUDs.

ba44b325d3 Finished the exofab revamp:
* designs are now using the construction time var and the hacky /obj/item/mechavars is gone
* designs updated : there shouldn't be "no material" designs anymore
* cleaned the objects of their construction_cost and construction_time vars
* fixes the material name being displayed with $ character before
* this also fixes the overlay animation in inserting sheets
* the category var is now a list, so parts can be build/used with several chassis (fixes the Firefighter Chassis appearing when building Ripley)
* properly fix the href vulnerability when emptying (you can now remove all sheets of a materiel at once)
* the exofab now won't create a material sheet if there's not enough material (e.g 1000 metal)
* the exofab now won't accept a sheet if it would overstuff it (losing some material in the process)
* cleaned the code a bit (simplified, streamlined, using global vars, etc)

Finish #5722 and fixes #5954.

6ac3d8f2e8 Lets AI and Borgs control auto announcements
The AI and cyborgs can now control if they speak on the radio and the
channel used when stating laws or  (AI only) announcing new player
arrivals.

74d73b29aa mob/Bump() refactor. OOPing and general cleanup.
Removes copy-paste. Creates three new mob/living procs.
ObjBump, MobBump and PushAM which are called by mob/living/Bump().
Removes a ton of copy-paste and needless code.
Also fixes simple_animal Bump() on harm intent.
Previously, they'd move twice.
Fixes #3550
